Nice house. Some bugs but nothing crazy. I read reviews about the house smelling bad, that was not the case for us. The bathroom door doesn’t close the best but it’s just the towel holder on the door that stops it. Not a big deal. House is very nice, has almost everything you could need, beds are comfortable, plenty of place for multiple people to sleep. The outside could use some work, and that was about the worst of it. Overall had a great stay and would definitely go back! Highly recommend as the price can’t be beat for what you get!

Cute house, not clean

Biggest issue we had was the sofa bed was nasty. Looked like there was old food stuck in it and dead bugs. Didn't look long enough to see if any bugs were still alive. I panicked and folded it back up. We were counting on that sofa bed and it certainly threw a wrench into our plans by not having it. Luckily there was a second couch in the living room our kid could sleep on.Additionally, almost all of the dishes were dirty. We had to rely on plastic silverware and paper plates instead.There was also a typo in the wifi password we were provided. Fortunately we figured it out: there is supposed to be only one "l", not two.Everything else was fine I suppose, but admittedly the cleanliness put a damper on things. I think if the owners did some serious cleaning and pest removal, this place has the potential to be great. That said, I will not be staying here again.

This was an excellent location. It was about a 30 second walk to a picnic table by the water with a beautiful view. Very friendly neighbors. The place was exactly as the description and pictures said it was. There were very helpful and prompt responses from the owner and check in/out couldn't have been easier or more convenient.

Great cottage for family time

We were visiting for a weekend baseball tournament. It was so nice to have a clean quiet place for our time off the fields. The bay was just across the street and it was the perfect place to walk in the evenings. We hope to stay here again for our next tournament.

Cedar point

The stay was very nice the time that we was there. We were so busy going to cedar point. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the cost of the stay is very reasonable. We will be coming back next year and if it’s available to rent when we come we will definitely rent it again. Pleased with everything. Thanks for opening up your home to us. 🙂

Great Get Away

The Cozy Cottage was a great place to stay. We had a mini vacation, girls long weekend. Conveniently located to surrounding area. Dianna was very responsive to all my questions. I would recommend this place to stay.

Great place

The cottage was great! We were on a fishing trip with two trucks and boats, the driveway accommodated both. Also close to the launch ramp. We felt safe parking our rigs in the neighborhood.

The Crystal Rock neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood where everyone knows each other and helps each other out. The Bay is just a few steps away and is so peaceful and beautiful. You'll feel safe because it is a private area and there isn't any traffic unless it is someone from the neighborhood.

Cozy Cottage is a small comfortable space for couples, friends, or families to come and focus on what's important in life - stepping away from the day-to-day stressors to play a family game, explore a new town, try a new restaurant, or take the kids to their favorite amusement park or fishing on the Bay.
