A secure gated property with exterior security cameras at front of building, garage parking area, and north side of building. Listen to the birds sing all day long. Fifteen minutes to shopping, restaurants and night life. Twenty minutes to the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. An hour and half to Daytona Beach, Orlando attractions and area airports. Twenty minutes to The Villages. Twenty minutes to the Florida Gators and airport.

We had a great stay and found the location to be very nice. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for use to prepare meals.

Property was just as listed, stayed during Family weekend at UF (much cheaper than hotels in Gainesville that weekend), about 25-30 minutes south of campus, so not too far from everything.

Home easily accommodated 7 adults and 1 child. House and pool were clean. Host was quick to answer questions.

Beautiful Property & Location

The property was beautiful. The house was well layed out, and large. It was pretty clean. Lots of silk flowers that do hold dust for people with allergys. Has a new modular sectional sofa and the TV worked great. The communication with the Host was spot on. The Pool was clean and the pool heater worked great. The only downsides were the pool screens were missing in 4 sections probably due to the storms, which allowed a lot of wasps in. And the beds were not comfortable for a week stay. We are both older and our backs hurt when sleeping in them. Probably ok for a younger family. Loved the fully fenced yard. Our Brittany spaniels went wild! We brought a 24 ft trailer and 2 motorcycles that we rode around the beautiful countryside. Parking lot a little tight for the trailer and a dually full bed truck to turn around in. Plenty of parking area!

Needs Improvement

The grounds are very nice and well maintained, the Pool area as well. Furniture and beds are worn and need to be replaced or refurbished. Outdoor gas grill is a disgrace and should have been replaced long ago. It almost ruined our first dinner. We had a good stay but would not go back unless improved.

Beautiful home! Everything clean and nice and the swimming pool was very clean! Enjoyed our stay, slept 8 adults comfortably! We plan on going back! Thank you for everything!

UF graduation

This was our home base for UF graduation. It was perfect place for an extended family. We enjoyed UF the returned back for rest and recharge.

Over Decorated

We did view the photos ahead of time and didn't realize how overly decorated (fake flowers, stuffed animals, knick knacks) the house would be. The fake flowers everywhere took away from the cleanliness of the house as they hold the dust. The lanai is in desperate need of a good cleaning and overhaul. I had to clean the outdoor furniture to be able to use it. Some pool friendly dinner wear and glasses would be appreciated as everything is breakable. The house states that children are allowed, but it is not child friendly. The host was easy to speak with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The house served our needs but there are improvements to be made.

Large Dog Friendly Pool Home

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the property with our three grandkids and two bernadoodles. The outside acreage was immaculate and fenced in for lots of family fun. The house had three nice size bedrooms, AC that worked well and a spotless screened pool. We visited WEC and Silver Springs and never had to eat out due to the nice kitchen and seating. We will return!

A Pearl indeed

This is a relatively newer listed property and some minor issues were present but nothing major. The home was very clean, the host ( Tyrone ) was friendly, easy to contact and the rental process and check in were easy. The property is really wonderful if you have a pet, we brought our 2 dogs and they enjoyed walking around the spacious fenced in property. There are many antique pieces of furniture situated in the main living room that could be a potential problem if you have a rambunctious pet. There is a large sectional couch in the den with the tv where we spent the majority of our time while inside. The kitchen had enough basic utensils to get by but not a large selection if you have a bigger group and plan on creating elaborate meals. There is a grill which we used and it worked fine. The pool area was clean and uncluttered, and there is a night light on the pool deck which comes on automatically at night. The screen around the pool enclosure is in need of some maintenance, there are a few small holes around the top and some of the side panel screens near one of the doors are completely loose and unattached. The bed in the master bath was adequate and comfortable enough, the shower was roomy and there is a jacuzzi tub. The exterior of the house could use a few minor cosmetic repairs and some landscaping updates around the pool area would really highlight the private setting of this property. All in all we enjoyed the house and solitude and would definitely stay again.

Restful Visit

Was great ! The Country was nice and quiet and we got some much needed REST for a few days! TYRONE is an excellent communicator and fantastic instructions checking in, etc... He will take care of all your needs ! Wonderful Visit ! /o/
