May be the closest STR to Keeneland and Bluegrass Airport! Located Harrodsburg Rd/Man O War. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, and downtown. Backing up to green space, this 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home features an open floor plan, 9' ceilings, formal dining room w/ lots of natural light, spacious vaulted great room, luxury vinyl plank flooring, stainless and granite kitchen open to the family room, generous sized bedrooms. Patio area with table for 4, grill and umbrella.

Newly Remolded, quite neighborhood - Keeneland & Bluegrass Airport are only 6 minutes away!! Restaurants, fast food, gas station, grocery store, Pharmacy, dry cleaners, and banks only 2 minutes away. 15 minutes from downtown.

Parking in driveway or on street.

This was a very nice home. It’s an older home with beautiful hardwood floors. It’s been very recently renovated and is very tastefully decorated. The linens and towels were quality and new. The owner, Victor, was very nice and was quick to return texts and communication was great. I would stay here again!

Spacious and Comfortable home in great location

3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths made our stay with 5 people a great choice while we were in Lexington. The place was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located very close to the airport and a short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot

Very nice place, close to everything but far enough away to avoid the traffic and chaos. Super peaceful and quiet! Definitely will be back the next time we have something to attend in Lex.

Comfortable quiet home for my work trip

I was very thankful to finally stay in a clean house for once. I was starting to lose faith in short term rentals because even the ones with high reviews for cleanliness, so many times, were not very clean. My company was doing a job in Lexington so I was only staying here for a shower, bed, and the coffee maker, but you can tell the hosts really care about their property. They were great at communicating and responded to my messages very quickly. Thank you for the comfortable bed and the clean property while I was away from home!!

Great for Keeneland

We had a large group and rented both this property and the adjacent one from the same owners. Very convenient to Keeneland. We had a great stay and we would definitely rent again.

Cozy Spot while visiting family

The house was a cozy spot for us to spend our mornings and evenings in after visiting family and enjoying Red River Gorge.

September in Kentucky

We really enjoyed the location and the overall cleanliness - it all met our needs. The only issues were not enough to lower the rating but could use attention - overgrown grass and plants and the gas grill was dirty.
