Cozy 3 bedroom guest house sitting on 8 acres but still in close proximity to everything. This is connected to our own home so you may see us as we will share a driveway. If we are home we can assist with any needs immediately. A real gem in Lexington. Perfect for UK games, bourbon trails, horse related events and all other Lexington related getaways. Seconds from the interstate and the Hamburg side of Lexington which has tons of restaurants and shopping. Short term rental permit# 15086445-1

Great weekend getaway

Great place to stay with easy access off of I-75! Beautiful country setting. A short weekend with family driving from Florida and went to The Ark Encounter one day and tour of Castle and Key Distillery the next day. Would stay here again!

Quick visit to Lexington area

Came in for concert at Rupp Arena and decided to visit the Kentucky horse park and distillery area. Convenient location and perfect for our family mix of 6- ages from Adults, teen and under 12. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Convenient and Functional

This property is as described and is conveniently located on the east side of Lexington with easy access to the interstate. The 2 bathroom 3 bedroom property was clean, offered great onsite parking, and even though the owners live on site, it was private. It hosted our party of five perfectly.

Nice Place - well stocked

This is attached to the owner's house, which is not clear from the listing. But it was not an issue at all. Completely separate living quarters. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee and supplies, shampoo and conditioner. It was a great place to stay.
