Our condo is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, accommodating only up to 8 persons (Maximum 7 Adults; including up to 4 children with list of names and ages of all guests to be provided). Primary King Bedroom with Ensuite Quartz Counter Shower Bath, Secondary King Bedroom and Third Bedroom with Queen & XL Full Bunk Bed. Hall Full Tub/Shower Combo Quartz Counter Bath. Stainless Appliance Kitchen, White Granite counters and Island Breakfast Bar with seating for 4 people. Open Living Plan overlooking the balcony and beach includes Leather recliner, sectional couch, TV and Glass Dining Table seating for 5 people.

The condo is fully equipped with 4 TV's, Wifi access, Designer Linens, Comforters, blankets, pillows, 8 sets of bath towels, blow dryers, Ample Kitchenware and Coffeepot Cone Filters. Also included are roll of toilet paper in each bath, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners, Cascade Platinum dishwasher tablet, USB/Electrical extensions for all your devices. We ask that you please bring all the essentials you require including HE Washer Detergent, Beach Towels and Flashlights for evening walks!

PRIOR APPROVAL is required for booking. If requesting to bring your pet please send photo and info when requesting to book. Please send Photo, age, weight and breed of canine pet when requesting to book. Vaccine/flea treatment records are to be provided after booking confirmed. Non-refundable pet fee is also required. Pet rules to be provided upon approval.

This condo unit and it’s balconies are a NON-smoking condo, this includes no vaping, drugs, or any type of tobacco product. Primary applicant and guest must be above the age of 25. There are no exceptions. Names and ages of all guests are required. Copy of Guest signing renter agreement license to be provided.
