Resting on a sprawling 14-acre private estate, and surrounded by breathtaking views, this unique abode offers an escape to nature that you`ll cherish. It shares the land with two other units, providing an opportunity for quiet solitude or socializing as your heart desires.

Designed with contemporary finesse, the accommodation features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for a romantic couple`s getaway, friends` reunion, or a small family adventure.

Please note, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended, particularly in inclement weather, given our prime hilltop location.

Although we are on a well-water supply - like much of Hocking Hills - our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art filtration system. It ensures that while it may not be comparable to city water, it`s perfectly safe and usable. As a tiny home/container home, we have a cook top, toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge.

The prime location places you within easy reach of the region`s best attractions. Within less than 30 minutes drive, you`ll find the enchanting Hocking Hills State Park, Old man’s cave, Cedar falls, Lake Logan, and the thrilling NevilleBillie Adventure Park. Plus, the mesmerizing Rock Stall Waterfall is just a 5-minute drive away.

To enhance your stay further, firewood is available for purchase at $5 a bundle, making your evening campfires effortless. It is conveniently located near the garbage shed and can be paid for directly via the app.

We also offer the options of early check-in (2 pm) and late check-out (12:30 pm) upon request for a small fee of $45 each. Please note that there is a $90 cleaning fee applicable for guests bringing pets.

For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed in the parking area.
