Cozy new built home 10 minutes away from Portland

This lovely one level home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, laundry area and fully fenced backyard. Home has hardwood floors throughout and latest finished in bathrooms and kitchen.

Living room showcases 12’ vaulted ceiling, wood burning fire place and large flat screen TV. Open concept area flows into dining area and kitchen. It’s the perfect spot for friends and family to gather for meal prep or a movie night with homemade snacks!

Bedrooms with 9’ ceilings are located down the hall. First bedroom is a master with walk in closet, King bed and spacious en suite. Guest bathroom separates second bedroom with Queen bed and third bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and extra twin trundle on the bottom.

Cozy backyard is fully fenced and has a deck with comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect spot for spending cool summer evenings!

Guests are provided with board and card games, DirecTV Now, books, toys and other entertainment in case of rainy weather. If its sunny outside we encourage you to relax on the patio or look into welcome folder for great places to explore and see while visiting the Great Pacific Northwest!

Great retreat

Perfect place for three long time friends to meet on their annual trip together. Open floor plan was great for visiting during meal prep. Kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Couldn't have been better !

This property is new, clean and has about everything you need. The beds were comfortable (important to us). Shower, cooking and dining utensils, games for the kids (even a swing and slide)... it has what you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This is beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The location is close to downtown and the expo center. It’s the perfect house for a small group of adults.

Highly recommend this amazing property!

Incredible well-designed and comfortable home! I was traveling for business and decided to book this property for my time in the Vancouver area, it did not disappoint! Our team travels to many rentals and hotels but if only all could be this clean and well stocked with all essentials and more... would love to return and stay with my wife and kids as there is plenty of room for everyone in this cozy house. Easy access to the property from the main roads and from the airport. Great rental home highly recommend it to anyone, we are definitely coming to stay here again!

Amazing home value

This property was immaculate and outfitted with every possible need. It was new, fresh and clean. And the interior was designed delightfully. I can’t praise this home and it’s owner Inna enough. She was incredible in corresponding in a timely manner. Everything 👍. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here.

Hazel Dell is very up and coming neighborhood of Vancouver area. Large variety of restaurants, food trucks, stores and coffee shops surround the area. Vancouver downtown is just one exit away with a much more to offer in terms of food, coffee, bakeries, parks and historical spots (The Academy, Fort Vancouver, Library). Water front is 2 exists away and its a brand new built area thats a local hot spot for beautiful views on the water, playground for kids and long stretch of paved trail along the water. Ilani Casino is about 15 minutes away and it offers it own options of fun and food!
