Plenty of Parking for Boats!

Welcome to Chaumont NY! This house is in a country setting with ample parking. The NYS boat launch is just 3 miles down the road. This is a great house for your fishing trip, family getaway, or weekend retreat.
This year round home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there are two bonus rooms with a futon in each room. After a long day on the water, come home to cookout on the grill and take in the breathtaking sunsets.

Ideal family getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and spacious home. The kids loved relaxing after a busy day of adventures in a bedroom while watching TV. A great location that is not too far from state parks, Clayton, Sackets Harbor and Alex Bay.

Great stay

We stayed at this property in February when my son was competing in the Winter Soldier Marathon. It was very comfortable and exactly as advertised.Also, I made a mistake on Saturday night and needed some help with property from the owner. She picked up on the first ring and solved the problem. She was a wonderful hostess.

Lots of room

This place is much bigger than it looks from the outside and it is configured in such a way that a large group can either gather together or have privacy. And that is a precious thing when traveling with family. It was incredibly clean and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Check in with super easy. Very conveniently located near Chaumont and a short drive to the lake.

So fantastic!

There was far to much space for me and my small family so we stayed on the trailer side not the addition. It had ALMOST everything we needed, with the exception of a vacuum. So we went out and bought a cheap one to use for the meantime as we have a baby boy under one and he likes to find all yummy crumbs on the floor. The only true issue we had was even though there were three tubs, not of the tub plugs worked. We just used one of our totes to bath our son in the bath. But other than that, the stay was amazing. I love the area, it was so peaceful, clean, and inviting. There was no shortage on tv options, sleeping arrangements, pots, pans, sheets, etc! The owner was accessible if needed and was prompt. We would her printed checklist for checkout to be very helpful. I would absolutely stay again!
