Great Place to Stay

My wife loved the decor and the view was great! It was very clean, had all sorts of conveniences and was a relaxing, peaceful place to come back to after a day out. Very well located for a lot of attractions in this area of Florida. Great place just to get away and relax from the rat race also. Our host was great and we will definitely book again if we come back to this area of Florida in the future!

So secluded but not

Amazing property that has private gates driveway iff the beaten path. View of a privately owned lake with 4 owners. This owner being one of them. Good fishing there if interested. Close to orlando and theme parks. All the bells and whistles here. Beauty, comfy bed, amazing shower. I recommend it.

Florida Couples Retreat

This is a hidden Gem! If you have any plans to stay in the area, this property is a must. From the moment we entered the home we were impressed by the amazing architecture and view of the lake. We were in town to visit family and the land and the home made for the perfect place for us to celebrate New Year’s Eve with our in-laws. Thayer, is a most gracious and attentive host. A definite 10 out of 10 rating. Thanks

Lovely Retreat

Overlooking a lake with a full wall of windowsVery private for being just off the highway Hot tub is great, and in SpaceX launch days you may see it from there!The water is kind of smelly, (it's Florida). I would use bottled water for cooking and drinking.This was our 3rd time, and it is very relaxing for two people.The upstairs sofa is also a sofa bed, but privacy is limited.Relatively short drive to Bok Tower Gardens, a great botanical refuge with a backstory.Publix is just down the road for most grocery needs.

Quiet nights and relaxing days.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable property with some livestock next door. The patio is literally steps from the private lake. We got to enjoy seeing cranes and a few cattle during the day and listening to frogs and crickets at night. The house is quieter and more relaxing than any hotel we've stayed in at this price. Once you pull in past the gates, time seems to slow to a crawl here. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for 4 nights. The hosts were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The days and nights were very quiet. I only wish we could have spent more time at the house instead of being out visiting relatives every day. We look forward to staying here again and maybe enjoying some kayaking on the water next time.
