This place was really clean and roomy for a group of 4. Beds were comfy and clean, the pool and hot tub was nice as well overall loved staying here

Enjoyed stay, place looked just as advertised, host was awesome ended up having to call after hours, host answered immediately with no problem. Would definitely stay again and will recommend!

Our stay exceeded our expectations including the close proximity to the beach. Sean did an excellent job communicating with us and answering our questions in a timely manner. We especially loved the availability of the key pad access versus having to catch a pick-up time and keeping up with keys. The pools were clean and inviting. A perfect vacation. Thank you!

The Cottage has a nice layout with two kings, bunk room, and two baths making it a great choice for families. It is conveniently located close to the pool. The kids had a great time in the pool with zero entry and lots of space for play. The Rookery has a nice, quiet, laid back atmosphere making it ideal for families. There is a full kitchen, but also several restaurants nearby. Check in was super easy and the hosts are excellent with communication. We had a great time during our stay.

Hannah’s Hideaway!

We absolutely loved this property so clean and beautiful! Can’t wait to come back when it’s hot and spend time by the beach and the pool on site so easy check in and out and just overall enjoyed the property

The Rookery (our 2nd time to stay in this community) is great! Area owners were friendly! Close to the beach! Beautiful, clean pool! Host was helpful & responsive! House was clean and neat and basics were provided. We were slightly disappointed in the grounds right outside the deck. It appeared trash had been spilled and pieces of bathroom trash were left on the ground. We recommend bringing your own pillows and also bedding for the pull out sofa if you intend to use it. Overall, our stay was nice!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, close to the pool but just far enough to not hear any of the noise. It was clean and the beds were cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

We love the Rookery!

We had a wonderful stay as always! This is our 3rd time staying at the Rookery over the last 3 yrs and will definitely be coming back again! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We consider it our home away from home : )

We had such a good time staying here. We brought the grandkids and they stayed in the pool most of the time. The only negative was that we could not figure out the TV in the master bedroom. I would rate our stay as a 10/10. We will definitely book again.

Great house near the beach!

This house was lovely as with the rest of the properties in the Rookery neighborhood. Clean and quiet area was perfect for our group. The house slept us all comfortably (8). The neighborhood includes a pool and tennis court (which does have pickleball lines). Would absolutely stay again! The beach is about half a mile away and we did walk several times.

Fabulous time

We had an incredible time! The house was darling. Beach was quiet and serene. Fort Morgan is truly a hidden gem!!! Make sure to bring all your groceries, toiletries(toilet paper) before arriving. The grocery store is a good drive away. The home is cozy and in a PRIME location. Owners were incredibly easy to get in touch with to answer any questions I had. BEST. VACATION. EVER.

Interaction with host was quick, and effective, which we appreciated! Palmetto bugs were a problem maintenance seems to have been ignored. Which I assumed the owner was not aware of. Handle on Regrigetator… needed to be replaced. Fan in front room stuck. Four lightbulbs needed replacing,doorknob on bedroom door not attached, coffee pot missing a part and grounds get all over, floor was sticky and could not be cleaned off, general cleaning needed, no grill as stated in add. We found this to be ironic as we had to pay an extra & 59 for insurance in case we destroyed anything in his cottage. I am not one to complain about such things but feel that Sean should know what is and is not happening in his cottage!

We’re sorry about some of your experiences. All the maintenance issues have been addressed - several of them within a couple of hours of you alerting us. We employ professional pest control and this is the only complaint we’ve received in over 3 years hosting. The floors were tacky, because we’d just had them refinished. It takes a couple weeks to fully cure. The grill is at the pool, right next to the house. We explain that in the welcome message. We take concerns seriously, and we pride ourselves on being responsive.
