This 4-story getaway boasts 7 bedrooms with 3.5 baths, a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for entertaining or nights of staying in and cooking, 3 dining areas, and an outdoor patio overlooking the harbor. The glassed/screened 3 season room stays cool under the canopy of lovely trees but boasts some of the best lake views. This space can be used as another dining space or an area to enjoy coffee in the morning or watch the sunset over the harbor in the evening with a cocktail. With seven bedrooms and three common areas with pull out couches, the sleep configurations are endless for your large group. The main floor features the kitchen, two dining areas, a large living area with a smart Tv.

The second floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a gathering space with a trundle/daybed and another smart Tv.

The third floor offers another recreation space and two more bedrooms.

The walk out lower level is another great recreation space offering a ping pong table, darts, another bedroom and a full bathroom.

Beginning in 2025, all check-ins will be in person at the property with a representative from Sterling Sands Property Management.

This is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, near a marina with a small party store. A local grocery store is only a 5 min drive away.



Getting Around:

This property has roughly 60 steps from the parking area to the home. There is a golf cart provided for guest use as well.
