Beautiful home, peaceful, close to golf, the beach, and Labor Day festivities. Sat on the back porch enjoying coffee in the morning, and adult beverages around the fire pit at night. Clean, well kept, and a welcoming host (no fussy rules). This was our second year and we will come again.

Harrisville

Nice place. Very quiet. It would have been nice to have bigger beds in guest rooms and end or side tables in living room. Overall a very relaxing two weeks. It was very easy working with the owners.

The property and the home were both lovely. We enjoyed the state park up the road and the fun wine and food festival that happened to be going on while we were there.

Labor Day Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our stay. Great location for the golfers in the family, close to the beach and town. House was beautiful, clean, and hosts easy to work with.

Great long weekend ...

Our entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Michael spent time with us and answered questions that we didn't know we needed answers to. We liked the high ceilings. The skylights in the bathrooms were a special treat. During the rainy days the house was a great place to play hide-and-seek with our grandkids. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. It's located on the 1st fairway of a links-type golf course. If only my golf game had been on par with this great house.

Beautiful and Quiet

This is a very nice house with plenty of room. The backyard is on the golf course and is very peaceful and quiet. We spent the week golfing different courses in the area and walking the beaches on near-by Lake Huron. It was a great get away and we hope to come back again sometime. The hosts were very friendly and helpful too.

This is the second summer we've stayed at golfer's paradise and plan on staying again next summer.

Michael and his wife are wonderful hosts and keep a very clean and equipped home. Our favorite part of the home is that each bedroom has their own ajoining bathroom. Highly recommend booking your stay here

Golfers getaway

A spacious home on a very pleasant quiet property surrounded by golf courses. Michael the host was very attentive and pleasant. Located 2 miles South of Harrisville and 15 minutes North of Oscoda. Very clean house with 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom had adjoining full bathrooms with showers. Additional sleeping with beds in Library and pullout sofa in Living room. Very comfortable seating in Living room with Smart TV. WiFi access. 15 minutes South to Lakewood Shores golf resort. 30 minutes northwest to Hubbard Lake. I would return to this property in future. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home


Beautiful home on a beautiful location, golf course in front and a golf course in the back! We enjoyed the peacefulness including deer in the backyard. Michael was attentive to all our needs. A great week for our group.

Fabulous vacation spot!

The owners were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The house was perfect for all our family and had everything we needed. We saw wildlife every day in the quiet neighborhood on the gold course. We highly recommend it, and we will rent again when we come back next year.

Property was in great location. If you want a golfing experience this is the place to stay. Very convent for my family get together as we were only 5 mins from where the rest of my family stayed.

Incredible vacation spot

A friend and I stayed four nights at this property, and enjoyed every minute there. It is a beautiful home, and we felt like we were staying at a luxury resort. It was impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. We were delighted to meet the owners, who are local artisans. Our only difficulty was the lack of air conditioning, as we arrived on the last day of a very warm spell. The plan is to install central air for next summer, which will resolve that issue. I hope to stay there again another time.

Great home in Harrisville

The accommodations were just what we were looking for. We appreciated that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked. Nice to sit on the patio and watch the golfers go by. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property

One of the best vrbo experiences we've had. House was spacious, comfortable, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Thoughtfully designed home, with beautiful artwork. Very quiet, being on the golf course. Amenities as listed were all in place, and we needed nothing. Host met us on arrival to explain a couple things, then left us on our own which was perfect. Would stay again when in the area. Thank you.

Family Reunion Stay

We had five adults and two one year olds. This property was so comfy and plenty of bathrooms! Homeowners made access easy and while we didn't golf this time, the course is literally out the back door. In the evening it is so quiet and just lovely. Highly recommend if you don't have to be "right on the lake."
