The Space:

Come thrill your day away discovering everything that Winter Park and Grand County have to offer all year. With a plethora of local hiking and biking trails, fishing, and many entertainment events held around the area often offering live music, there will be no shortage of family fun time!



Our townhome is located in the highly desired Lakota neighborhood. Here, you’ll be just a few blocks away from the Winter Park Ski Resort, which is a 2-minute drive, or with a free shuttle stop nearby.



Take advantage of the free local shuttle with tracking through the Lift Rider app and easy access to a bus stop in the front building! For the shuttles, simply download the “The Lift Rider” app, or search the web for "The Lift Winter Park", to find the most up-to-date shuttle schedule. This shuttle runs to the gondola, through Fraser and Winter Park for you to plan a day of touring our mountain towns and many rare unique gifts to commemorate your trip to the Rocky Mountains! Cruise up to Granby for more mountain town stores to explore.



After your day exploring the Colorado Rocky Mountains, you’ll relish the evenings spent melting in the hot tub or relaxing with friends and family by the gas fireplace for games, or a TV night.

(Hot tub - The hot tub is typically serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Please keep in mind that when a full drain-and-fill service is needed, it may take 48-72 hours for the hot tub to reach full temperature, and when a tech visit is required, they will need to go through the home to access the hot tub.)

• The propane gas grill on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.

• Hot tub - The hot tub is typically serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Solid property with great view. Hot tub worked fine, laundry stocked, everything needed was there. Be great if winter Park resort showed the green line shuttle on it's app so you could better time the walk to the shuttle stop, but that's on the resort

Stunning Views, but Watch Your Step!We had a bit of a "good news, bad news" experience at this condo.The Highlights:The views of Winter Park are absolutely stunning, and the location is a major win—just a couple hundred yards from a Green Bus Route stop, which made getting around effortless. The unit was also very clean upon arrival. We did notice that bathroom washcloths and kitchen sponges were missing, but the property manager was responsive and had everything sorted within 24 hours.The Maintenance Issues:Unfortunately, the property feels a bit neglected, and a few issues were more than just cosmetic:Safety Hazards: The flooring is buckled in several spots, and there is a significant height difference between the kitchen and dining room floors that created a tripping hazard. Additionally, many of the dining chairs had very wobbly legs.Broken Amenities: The hot tub cover was collapsed and broken, making it a hassle to use.Kitchen Woes: There were multiple toasters provided, but all were only partially functional.Final Thoughts:The management team is responsive and the location is perfect, but the unit needs some serious TLC and maintenance to address the safety concerns.

Great location and property.

Great location In a luxury neighborhood. Shuttle stop was a few steps away from front door but, only a 8 minute ride to the base of WP. Very nice amenities and high quality furnishings. Walls were built to keep sound in each unit. We couldn't hear any of the neighbors. Would highly recommend!

Hot Tub With A View

This cabin is in the perfect location not only for the slopes but also just a few minutes from town. We enjoyed the forest right up the hill and the ability to go in and out of neighborhood with ease. The hot tub is a great feature and all hours of the day you can sit and watch the slopes or watch the snowcats groom at night. I purchased laundry detergent and other things that were not needed, this place was ready to live in. The heated floors were amazing. We will book here again soon.

One of the best western ski weeks ever!

Two or my skiing buddies and I leased this property from January 21-26, 2024. The three of us call ourselves members of the "PA Geriatric Ski Club", since all of us are ovr 70 years of age. As we were driving from PA to CO, I received the detailed check-in instructions via text. All instructions were very accurate. We had a great week of skiing at Winter Park, thanks to a 51" snowfall the previous week. The condo was exactly as described. The ski shuttle route from the shuttle stop, which was about 500 yards from our condo, to the drop off point at the Winter Park Gondola, looped its route every 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the Green Route shuttle stop required us to walk between 400 to 500 yards to reach the Winter Park GONDOLA. This was the only negative aspect for us 70+ year old skiers. All questions we had during the beginning of our trip were promptly answered by our host!
