TRAILHEAD LODGE UNIT UN BLOC DU CENTRE-VILLE ET DU CENTRE DES ÉVÉNEMENTS!

Cette unité Trailhead Lodge est située au coeur de Winter Park. Cette unité située au 2ème étage constitue un lieu de vacances idéal pour vos groupes de 10 personnes maximum, quelle que soit la saison. Situé à côté du centre événementiel Rendezvoux, vous êtes à distance de marche des nombreux événements estivaux organisés dans le centre-ville de Winter Park. Les arrêts de bus Lyft sont idéalement situés à proximité pour vous parler à la base de la montagne, à la base Mary Jane, à Fraser ou à Tabernash.

Le condo dispose de 2 chambres à coucher complètes, chacune avec des lits King. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés avec 4 lits jumeaux supplémentaires offrant plus de dortoirs pour votre parti. Si cela ne suffit pas, vous trouverez également un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Une table à manger complète ainsi qu'un coin repas sur le comptoir offrent beaucoup d'espace pour se réunir pour un repas.

Le condo est situé à l'arrière du complexe offrant une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Asseyez-vous sur le grand patio privé couvert et profitez de la vue!

La location de cette unité fournit également à votre groupe un accès aux commodités du complexe Trailhead, notamment la piscine chauffée toute l’année, le bain à remous, la zone de cuisson, le patio couvert, la salle d’entraînement et la salle de jeux.

The place was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great! The doors to the bunk room are a little challenging to use (especially for kids). Otherwise, everything was great!

Very comfortable condo with everything you could need. I really appreciated the very well-stocked and organized kitchen, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable, as was the living room seating area. Location can't be beat - both in the condo complex (right across from the pool) and in the town - walkable to lots of stuff and SUPER easy to catch the shuttle up to the mountain and back. Would definitely recommend this spot.

Whenever we go to Winter Park we always stay in this condo. The location is perfectly centered in town, easily walkable to Hideaway Park and the best restaurants in town.The condo has everything you need for a fantastic mountain stay, and the hosts are super nice. We will be back!

The host was very receptive and communicated very fast! The only thing that would have been better was a book with a few tips/instructions about things in the home. I hated to bother the host with questions! Perfect location to get around and the unit had everything needed!

Wonderful property right off the main road. Good pool and hot tub, pool table in the clubhouse. The bunk room was great for the kids. Wait until after check in to grocery shop, the Safeway Club cards provided really helpful save some money!

Beautiful condo that was incredibly well supplied! Close to parks, the bus, town, and access to the clubhouse and pool were wonderful. The host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with, and was very attentive during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

We are the Belz Family- a family of 4 from St. Louis, MO. "Sleigh Belz" condo at the Trailhead Lodges is our second rental adventure. Several years ago, we decided to purchase a 2nd home in Navarre, FL (currently listed on VRBO under the name "Southern Belz" #1225401). We jumped into the rental game head first and have enjoyed every minute of self managing our rental. Since our family also loves the mountains and regularly skis the Winter Park area, we decided to purchase a mountain get-a-way and, again, share our home with renters year round. We are dedicated to the constant improvement of our rentals... every trip we make to our units includes a project list and full deep clean so we ensure our returning guests continually see improvements to our homes away from home.

Before purchasing this unit, we stayed in Winter Park over the course of several years and looked at properties all the way from the base to downtown to Fraser and Grandby. We found that being in downtown at the Trailhead Lodges was the perfect spot as the units are spacious, they offer a great view, and the complex has unbeatable amenities.

Unlike many new properties that have popped up in Winter Park that look "ultra modern" and sterile, our unit still maintains that cozy CO feel without looking dated. We believe that if you are in the mountains you should feel like you are IN the mountains.
