Nice accommodations. Located next to a loud street & fire station. We never were able to get the TV in the main living room to work. Host tried to help with TV. This is a separate entry to the accommodation that is attached to the host's home. Bedding & towels were great!

The stay experience from my friends was excellent and for this reason I’ve given 5 stars. There was a little mess on the floor when we came in the property at the entrance but otherwise generally clean throughout. Good neighbourhood generally quiet. Only complaint regarding noise was that I could hear the host talking above in the middle bedroom at night as well as the sound of the compressor outside that room. But I had ear plugs to block that out. Otherwise the flat had plenty of facilities for use to make the stay comfortable and the host was attentive to our needs.

Great stay

I loved every min of this stay. Easy to check in, parking available, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and amazing location. I would love to book with this host again. Communication with the host was great. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. The beds were soft and comfortable with plenty of room in each bed. The water gets nice and hot for showers. The tv’s were easy to set to watch my shows in my own account but had to make sure to log out of it. Parking on the property was an extra bonus because I did not have to go searching for parking or park far from the property. We did not use the back area due to the extreme heat wave but it was really nice out there. The area was peaceful and very clean. Depending on what you wanted stores were not too far to get to. Overall I loved our stay.

Christmas Vacation for Caribbean Family

I’d recommend this booking to anyone looking for a home away from home. My family and I came from Barbados for the Christmas holidays and the place was exactly as described online. It was clean and felt homey. We needed the heat raised and within a short time frame of messaging the host, she came and adjusted the heat so that the apartment wasn’t cold for the kids. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend.

Fantastic Location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful VRBO in Union, NJ, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The home was clean and situated in a lovely area, making for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of this property is its fantastic back porch. Although we were so busy exploring that we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Accessibility to major attractions like Liberty State Park and Yankee Stadium is a huge plus. It was incredibly easy to get to both locations from this home, making our trip even more enjoyable. Plus, there are some great restaurants less than 10 miles away, so you’ll never be short on dining options. Communication with the management was smooth and pleasant. They were always available to answer questions and provided helpful information about the area. Just a quick tip for future guests: the front door for this unit is located on the left side of the house, so make sure to follow the walkway on that side! Overall, this VRBO is a gem in Union!

it's a okay place to go for your vacation

We had some knick knack issues in our stay but at the end they got resolved it was just a little uncomfortable at the moment. At least we had air conditioner, roof over our heads, a kitchen to cook in, a bed to sleep in and a parking space. They do have a washer machine and a dryer but it wasn't working that great you need to bring your own soap for the washer and your own dryer sheets.

We had an amazing stay! Our host staying in communication with us and was bery helpful when we had questions. Very clean and friendlt atmosphere. Will definitely be using again when we are back in the area.

Right in the middle

Was in town for a 40th birthday party and to visit family. The location was right in the middle of everything, the party and our relatives. Very quite very clean. One suggestion is to please have more towels and bath clothes for the guest or let the guest know before time to bring extra, other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Spacious and good location

Overall, we liked the place and would stay again. The Good: - Location is convenient to shopping and transportation. We took a train into NYC and the Maplewood station is only 7 minutes away. Bus stops are within walking distance. - 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great for our family of four Room for Improvement: - Check-in process required contacting owner 3 times on the day of to receive security code. We received the code 4 hours after check-in time, which happened to work out for us because we were still en route - Thermostat is in a lock box and cannot be adjusted. You can contact owner to make adjustments but no one's doing that when waking up in the middle of the night too hot. I would recommend the owner get a smart thermostat, allowing guests to make adjustments while still having control when guests are away. - TV in the living room is not connected to any cable or streaming service. Luckily, I packed my own streaming device and was able to use that. Also, the TV in the 1st bedroom does not have a remote to control or use it. - There were not enough towels. There were enough sets of bath and hand towels for 3 people, but we had 4 people. I contacted the owner prior to arrival and did confirm there were towels, but didn't realize there would not be enough. I would have packed towels to bring had I known beforehand. Instead, we needed to purchase another set of towels at Target.

I love the place. Perfect to our needs. Owner is generous with amenities. It’s clean and very spacious. It’s on the first floor. Easy access and easy check in with code on the door. Some minor observations. There are blinds that are old and some windows are hard to open or can’t be opened. A little noisy due to busy street and near a fire station. But, overall I would still rent it when we come to the area again. Owner responded right away to our notification or questions.

Just what we needed

Overall it was good. Some issues with wifi and fridge not working came up but thankfully it was taken care of after communicating with our host. The cleanliness of the apartment could be better but I guess this depends on the individual that’s staying there. I’m a clean freak. Location was great, quiet & safe. The space within the apartment was adequate for what we needed as well. Would stay again.

The property was just as it was pictured and described. The owner/mgr. was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I really enjoyed my stay. It was roomy, clean, well stocked/set up. It made my mini vacation a definite WIN!
