Five acres of land on the south edge of Bloomington, safe and secluded yet only minutes to anywhere in Bloomington/Normal. Separate from the main house your space is private and quiet. Enjoy the convenience and safety of parking right next to your door in a well lit driveway with no steps to enter. Privacy and safety are key, we will keep to ourselves unless needed. Play some pickleball, grill a yummy meal, then relax with a book or movie on the comfortable furniture.
The studio is a comfortable open space with all the features of a 5 star hotel plus some. Owner managed with care and detail in mind.

The studio is on our property but we value our own privacy as well as yours. We are here should you need anything but will give you as much space as you like. With the self check-in there will be no need to engage should you prefer to be incognito :-)
Our "neighborhood" is a small group of houses all set on over 5 acres on the south edge of Bloomington/Normal. Peaceful, calm and quiet is what we love best about our home. Your private studio shares our driveway but includes a small sitting area outside for your own use as well as access to some of the grounds to walk and enjoy the nature. Just minutes from anything in Bloomington/Normal you can experience privacy and convenience in our comfortable studio.
Parking for two vehicles directly in front of the studio. Additional space is available upon request. Just 5 minutes to state farm, 8 minutes to downtown Bloomington, 15 minutes to Rivian, 15 minutes to ISU, 10 minutes to US Cellular Coliseum.
The SW grounds are available for you to explore. The studio sits on 5 acres with a small creek at the back side, a small walnut grove and quiet streets for a nice walk. The pool area, shop building and main house are not available for guest use. The main house is adjacent to the studio parking area but is situated such that there is typically very minimal contact with us. Should you need anything though we are just a text or email away!
There are two dogs on property, one small and one medium size. They are both VERY friendly and will greet you with great enthusiasm. If you are uncomfortable with dogs please let us know and we will work with you to keep you comfortable during your stay. They are typically contained if we are off property but they do have an invisible boundary around the entire property and sometimes have free access to the entire grounds.
Security cameras- There are security cameras located on the front of both buildings viewing the driveway, front doors and front yard areas. These are not monitored and should not be relied upon for personal safety.
As a private small business owner, we do require a separate renters agreement for each booking. We abide by all privacy regulations required for all online businesses and maintain a high guest satisfaction rating. Should you have questions regarding this, please reach out. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

My husband Travis and I are both contractors and enjoy creating unique and comfortable spaces. We love our dogs, have lots of kids (most of them grown) and we work hard to play hard :-)

The studio was created for our own family to use while visiting. It allows them (and us) space to breathe so we can just enjoy their company and not worry about disturbing each other with our schedules etc.
