Remodeled with today’s modern amenities, our comforting and stylish home is ready for you! 3 mins to downtown Bloomington and IWU, 6 mins from ISU, our home is ideal for a couple or 2 or a small family with or without pets. All one level, each bedroom has a queen bed, plus an air mattress with one full bathroom, dining room, living room, dedicated work space and outdoor space with large full fence for your pets. Although on a busier street with light traffic sounds, it’s very calm & comfy :)

It was a great place to stay with our dogs. The hosts were VERY pet friendly - leashes, water bowl, toys, great 'pooper scooper' and wonderful fenced in back yard!

We were in town for a youth basketball tournament and the location couldn’t have been better. We were so happy when we saw this charmer. It was absolutely perfect and very clean. My husband made breakfast every day and found all the essentials he needed. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and included everything you might need. We appreciate the ease of check-in and will stay again. Thank you Carly.

Was perfect for our weekend stay. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were cute things for dogs (even though we did not have one with us). Everything was clean enough for our standards. There was dog hair on the couch which was understandable given this seems to be a very dog friendly place. The linens were very clean. We would stay here again.

Am I the first person to stay here?!

Sometimes you get to a rental and you think, hey, everything seems new and nearly perfect -- am I the only one who's ever stayed here? Am I the first?? Carly's home was like that for me. I stay in rentals in medium-size cities a lot, and I've become picky. Super clean, very nice linens, comfortable mattress, good shower, filtered water pitcher. Had been planning to bring my dog and ended up not, but the fenced backyard would have worked great. Daughter just moved within a couple miles of here; I will be booking again!

I was so excited about this home after we checked in! It was exactly what we needed and then some! The host was kind enough to leave dog toys, a leash and doggie bags for potties in a basket for the residents! I loved the water filter I found in the fridge and everything (not food of course) that we needed was provided! Will keep this one on the books for any future visits to the area! 15/10 stars for sure!

This location was perfect for the Tailgate n’ Tallboys concert. We didn’t want to be with all of the crazy crowds and this was the perfect quiet spot and the perfect distance away. The house was immaculate, beds were comfy and linens were plentiful. Communication was incredibly fast as well. We would definitely stay again for anything close to ISU. Thank you!!
