The Space
The bungalow offers a bright, easygoing layout that flows naturally from room to room. The main living area is open and inviting, filled with natural light and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, enjoy conversation, or ease into a slow morning.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and casual meals, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, games, or working remotely.
Each bedroom is designed to be calm and comfortable, with quality bedding, storage for personal items, and a clean, uncluttered feel that allows guests to settle in easily. The bathrooms are modern, fresh, and thoughtfully finished, with updated fixtures, fresh towels, and essentials provided.

The home is located in a relaxed residential beach neighborhood that offers the best of both worlds—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything Madeira Beach has to offer.
Enjoy easy access to the beach for morning walks, swimming, and sunsets, along with nearby local restaurants, cafes, and shops. The area is walkable and bike-friendly, and a beach trolley/bus runs nearby for convenient transportation along the coast. Ride-share services are also readily available, and on-site parking is provided at the property.
A short drive or trolley ride brings you to John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, a lively waterfront area filled with restaurants, shops, boat tours, and classic Florida coastal energy. Downtown St. Petersburg is also within easy reach for dining, arts, and entertainment.

Starter essentials are provided for your convenience, and full check-in details will be shared 24–48 hours prior to arrival. Wi-Fi information is posted inside the home, and the temperature will be set to a comfortable level when you arrive. If you need assistance during your stay, we are easy to reach and happy to help.
