Great Stay

We had an amazing time. The property is located perfectly close to the Zoo and Houston Museum on Natural Science. The property was clean and safe.

Spacious, clean and comfy

This space was perfect for a short or long-term stay in Houston. It's very spacious, private, and easy to access. My favorite features were the vanity in the master bedroom and the cute patio area complete with a couch to relax on.

Very nice apartment

This apartment is very nice. Good neighborhood. Great master bedroom. 2nd bedroom bed is a little hard. We stayed there while attending MD Anderson appointments. Would stay again.

MD Anderson visit

I had 2 appointments at MD Anderson on a Tuesday and Thursday at the main building and Mays Clinic. 5 Minute drive. Great location for the ease of getting to the Medical Center. The apartment was perfect. We would book this location again.

Nice apartment. Good communication from the renter. You will have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs if you don't get lucky enough to get a parking spot by the residence.

No rushing to the plane

After a cruise from galveston port, i didnt want to rush for a plane home. Was hoping to see more of houston but weather got bad. It was still a nice resting point before going home.

Convenient location

The apt was as advertised and is close the the college campus and NRG stadium. The complex is mostly college students and the front gate requires a key fob. If you want wine glasses, soap or shampoo bring your own. There are very few aminities.

Rodeo time

The apt was very nice and had the amenities that we needed. And it was very close to NRG that we needed to be close to. They were quick to respond. Although the apt was nice. The only parking was on the very top floor of the parking garage. Be prepared to walk the stairs down.

Apartment in need of maintenance

The apartment is in serious need of maintenance. Examples include a moldy smell in the master bath- I suspect a water leak not properly remediated. The kitchen sink has been recaulked but isn’t level and there is a gap you can see through under the counter. The bed in the second room is a twin with a rock hard plastic coated mattress that my son did not end up using. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. I had to purchase a can opener. There was one drip pan for heating things in the oven. There was not even a toaster. It would have been nice to have dishwasher tabs or even salt and pepper. I would not recommend this apartment which is a shame because the complex and location were nice.
