Great location!
I appreciated the ease of the ski storage and easy walk to the lift. Also walking distance to main st with a lot of shops and restaurants.
The unit was well equipped and very comfortable for a family of 4.

Great Location & Perfect for Small Family
The location was perfect, we enjoyed the short walk to town and shops. We went up with our 10 year old and he said the pull out couch was ok. Having ski lockers downstairs and glove/boot dryer in the unit was also an added perk.

We’ve stayed in different units in this building and continue to book here because it’s hard to beat the location. You’re steps from the lift and steps from Main Street, which means you never really need a car. So it’s perfect for families with small kids. Management was responsive at check in, even trying to help us get in just a little early at a very busy time. My only real complaint was that the sheets on the bed and pull out couch were cardboard. The Army gave me better bedding. When you spend well over 600/night for 7 nights and you’re forced to sleep between sheets of 80 grit sandpaper that wake your spouse up when you roll over, you feel like you’re getting robbed a little. Overall, though, you can’t beat the location!

Pull out sofa was broken, no heat in bedroom, front door barely locked, extra blankets had holes in them.

Thanks for your review. The owner began renovations in the condo in May 2022, starting with a fully remodeled kitchen. The front door lock has been replaced and the bedding is in the works of being replaced as well. Thank you, Great Western Lodging

Everything about this unit and building was great, other than how outdated it was and how dim the lighting was. The furniture was the only updated part about this unit. Definitely need more lighting in the Unit. I would however stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Perfect Location
This condo is a true ski in/ski out, making it the perfect location for a ski trip. Walkable to Main St restaurants and grocery stores. The property is older and a little dated, but very clean. Definitely recommend!

Convenience over quality
Superb location just one minute walk to Peak 9 base and 5 minutes into the heart of Breck. Building/unit is old and the quality of the unit and furnishings could use a remodel. That said, would stay again due to its location.

Great Location in town for walking distance to everything. Have stayed in this complex many times. This particular unit is very outdated. Some type of fan would be nice. No hot water for the first night shower, however friendly staff acted promptly and had plumber come over to repair. Would definitely stay in this complex again and probably this unit, but would be nice to see some updating for the price in comparing to other units in the complex that have been updated.

room was filthy. picture attached is just some of the cob webs! I did take pictures of how dirty the room is. I would not recommend this property to anyone. very outdated. I would definitely recommend putting something in the tub since it's very slippery. we where told pool and hot tub would open the 11th which was not the case. we asked to switch rooms that also did not happened. we checked out a day early because of how dirty we would have left sooner but the roads where ice. I want a full refund not a discount on a future stay because that will never happen. very disappointed with our stay. depending how this is handle I will be letting our friends and family know about our experience
