Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. It was an easy walk to the Snowflake Lift and to the downtown. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The condo itself was just a comfortable place to relax in. The management was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge. The Summit Mountain Rentals staff were friendly and helpful, and our apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would happily stay here again.

W states all week with know TV.Maint said they would try to find another but never heard fro them again.Called everyday and was told they would put in on high priority but they never called back and when we checked out still no TV. For the money we paid very disappointed and will not stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. However the refrigerator was leaking, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper. We've been staying with Summit Mountain rentals for over 10 years, this definitely wasn't the best condo. Really noisy stairs, must be thin walls because we could hear everything around us.

We’d Gladly Stay Again

We stayed for three weeks in March. We loved the open design. The full windows on the southern exposure meant that it was bright and cheery. We loved the gas fireplace. We enjoyed watching the skiers and boarders walk up the hill to the lift and we enjoyed being able to ski in after our time on the mountain. The place was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. We would gladly stay again.
