Situated along the Four O'Clock Ski Run, this third-floor retreat offers ski-in access during the winter, a private balcony with mountain views, and an easy walk to historic Main Street. With accommodations for up to eight guests and access to a shared outdoor hot tub, it's an ideal home base for families and groups looking to experience Breckenridge in every season.

After a day on the slopes or trails, gather in the welcoming living area and relax beside the gas fireplace while taking in views of the surrounding mountains. Large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and inviting space for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the adjacent dining area provides plenty of room to reconnect after a day of adventure.

One of the condo's biggest highlights is its location. During ski season, guests can access the Four O'Clock Ski Run just steps away, allowing you to ski back toward the property at the end of the day. Historic Main Street Breckenridge is just a short walk away, placing restaurants, shopping, breweries, galleries, and year-round events within easy reach. The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle is nearby for convenient transportation throughout town.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and twin bed, while the second bedroom offers the same setup, making the condo especially well suited for families and groups. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. Two full bathrooms help everyone spread out comfortably after a day of mountain recreation.

Great for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 4 nights in July. The unit's proximity to town is great - incredibly walkable. One side effect is that there is a fair bit of traffic noise during the day as it sits on the major road through town. The unit was clean and large and the stone fireplace is pretty. Communication with the rental company was great - very responsive and helpful. The decor and furniture are quite dated and a little shabby and there are lots of family photos, which I haven't seen before in a rental. Be aware that the pool in the photos is not on the property, and is a 5-10 minute walk away at another property. However, given the value for my money in expensive Breckenridge, I am very satisfied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the condo for 1 week in the July - 2 adults and a 12 and 10 yo. We've stayed in this complex before - while it is old and navigating it is more complex than others, the location cannot be beat if you want to be close to town.This unit was well equipped, but you absolutely pay for what you get. While there were some small annoyances (bathroom mirror centered between two bathroom sinks, so you can't actually see yourself shave without leaning over), it's perfectly fine. The important things worked (beds were fine, etc). Summit Rental is also excellent (we've stayed with them 5-6 times and have always been treated great.I only dinged one start for the "general condition", which to be clear, is 100% fine for the price; but relative to other properties, was below average (a high average in Breck).
