Cette maison de ville récemment rénovée avec quatre chambres est située dans un coin fantastique, offrant beaucoup d'intimité. Il est situé sur la navette itinéraire gratuit aux remontées mécaniques, et est à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la rue principale historique. La grande terrasse privée avec bain à remous et grille arrière jusqu'à une paroi rocheuse de roche et donnent une belle tremble et déposer forêt pôle. Le salon propose de hauts plafonds avec magnifique plancher de bois franc et une vue boisée sur les grandes fenêtres sur le pont. A den privé fournit une grande télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit plat. Le plan d'étage à trois niveaux offre une intimité et une salle tout au long de toute votre famille et vos invités. La chambre principale de niveau supérieur dispose également d'un plafond voûté avec une cheminée et télévision à écran plat. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un garage détaché pour une voiture s'ajoutent à la liste des commodités.

I really like the place, great location, clean, hot tub on the deck, washer/dryer available inside, etc. Garage 1 parking spot worked out great, was nice to not have to worry about the parking. Outdoors deck is awesome, plenty of chairs to sit outside, worked out really well. There were a couple of small issues: Listing shows a gas grill on the deck outside - turned out there was no grill available and HOA recently banned grills. Listing photos should be updated to remove the grill from the photos. This is likely an honest mistake as HOA Recently banned the grills. Says pool access, but I could find no information about the pool access anywhere. It really wasn't a big deal for us, but if claiming there is community pool access, better direction on how to access should be provided. Most smoke detectors and upstairs CO3 detector batteries were dying and beeping the night we checked in, maintenance resolved in the morning but trying to sleep with a bunch of beeps going on was not pleasant. Having to use keys is not practical - recommend providing the door code to check in and use while staying at the place. Place sleeps 10 people, only have 2 keys, so when attempting more than 2 activities it makes it difficult to coordinate. Keys pickup after hours was difficult to find, so again - recommend door code and/or better details on keys pickup as the GPS took me to a back alley, close to pickup location but at night it was very difficult to find.

Thank you for staying with us and for your thoughtful feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the location, hot tub, deck, and convenient garage parking. We're sorry for the confusion about the grill. We don't see anywhere it's still listed as an amenity, although it does appear in the background of a few photos. Since the HOA recently banned grills, we'll review those photos to make sure they're not misleading. We're also not sure why VRBO is showing a community pool, as we don't have that amenity selected in our system. It appears to be a VRBO error, and we'll work to have it corrected. We also apologize for the smoke detector batteries beeping during your first night. Finally, thanks for the suggestion about keypads. We agree they're much more convenient for larger groups, and we'll pass that recommendation along to the owner. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!

Ski Trip

Great Stay

Check in process was super easy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Spacious kitchen and quiet location at the back of the unit. The hot tub stopped working while we were there and they had someone out to fix it immediately.

Spring break

Very nice place. Hot tub was not as clean as it should have been. The TV was not hooked up, just a pile of wires behind the set. And some dishes were quite dirty. The place was lovely otherwise.

Breckenridge Family 4th of July

Beautiful home located at end of complex. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. It is important to note there are only 2 parking spots. We had to park additional cars at ice rink at a cost of 20/night weekdays and 35/night weekends which greatly increased costs of rental. Was not allowed to use grill due to HOA requirements. Would be h helpful if listing stated these 2 requirements.

Breckenridge trip 2022

We loved the view from the townhouse. It backed up to a lovely piece of land with new growth. Future renters should bring a couple of baby gates for the stairs. The kitchen was state of the art. It was comfortable and lovely. The primary bedroom has many luxuries. The tv needs to be replaced but we were so tired it wasn’t a big deal.

Family Gathering - Breckinridge

Property was more than adequate for a group of seven spanning three generations. Was the best kitchens we've encountered with VRBO. Had everything needed and was great quality. (Please have someone check spices, oils, etc. since they were long out of date.) A few things could have been done to make the stay even better. First, invest $20 in a new broom. The ones included were pitiful. Secondly, be clear about the parking situation and how to find additional overnight parking if needed. As stated, overall we were very pleased with this property and would recommend it for families or large skiing groups visiting Breckenridge.

Overall a B grade. It was good and met our needs but was not outstanding. The pros: Good location, reasonable price, clean and presentabl; hot tub. Cons: in need of some maintenance/repair: rain shower in the master bathroom never got hot; the HVAC system would not work on "auto" fan, baseboard in master bedroom has been removed but not replaced; master bedroom door had animal/dog scratches all over it; the kitchen implements were lacking in some respects and there were not enough drinking glasses in the cupboard; bed mattress are due for replacement. Overall had a rental feel quality to it.

Great Place With A Few Issues

Beautiful space and very nicely decorated. Great location and neighborhood, with an easy walk to main street Breck. Our main complaint was that the hot was ice cold when we arrived. We were told to turn it on and give it about 12 hours to warm up. Obviously, it should have been ready upon arrival. There were no instructions as to how to operate it. We worked on it for a while, even Googling the brand and model number, but still had no luck. They finally came and got it going and simply said, “That’s a third party issue. Our people don’t handle it.” Well, it is still YOUR issue, not ours. The inside cleanliness of the property was great, but we also found old bottles, vapes, and other debris around the hot tub. I still recommend the property, but I might shop around a little more for that price.

good location, good views, cozy cabin and plenty of space

We had a few issues but over all it was a nice place for us (6 adults and 3 kids, 7,5,2). The location was great and we could have walked if we wanted to, but we didn't. the first night at check in, the house was beyond too cold (42 inside while it was 5 outside). I set up space heaters in all the downstairs bedrooms to help warm it up, but I ended up tripping a breaker. We could not find the breaker box, so I had to make a call to the office 5:30pm. the office closes at 5pm when check in is at 4pm. That time should be moved up just incase there are issues like we experienced and we would not have had to deal with after hours help. the man was quick to call back, quick to show up and quick to get us back up and running. We expressed the heat issue and he said it all looked good and that it would just need to. heat up. It took 24 hours for the temperature inside to get above 68 inside while it was frigid outside. that was the biggest issue of our stay and for that I am giving it 4 stars. I would suggest the owners invest in a more updated thermostat as it was way outdated. Would I stay here again? at this property, no. but I would stay with this property group again. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, the hot tub didn't get hot so we chose to not use it. the parking was no issue at all. it was an enjoyable stay overall.

Horrible Mgmt Company, Nice Unit

Less than 72 hours prior to our arrival, we were notified that our unit would be undergoing roof construction. The management company was barely sympathetic and were unable to accommodate us in another 4-bedroom, instead offering us a smaller, much less desirable unit. Therefore, during our stay, we had to endure: -- roofing materials blocking our walkway -- noise above us from 7am-7pm, including Saturday -- unable to park in our parking spaces -- unable to use the outdoor spaces and hot tub -- workers on our deck and supplies littered and left on it -- being hit by a roofer's beverage thrown off of the roof While the unit is well appointed and located in a nice location walking distance to town, it's not worth the headache of dealing with this company.

Wonderful location, but could have been cleaner

Overall the location to the slopes and town were great! The rooms and accommodations were as described but the cleanliness was sub par. The company was very responsive to the issues we had - hot tub and fireplace not working as well as working with me in regards to the lack of cleanliness so that was much appreciated. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but would have been perfect if the cleanliness was better.

Perfect ski getaway

This is the perfect place to stay for a ski trip. Walking distance to the mountain, plenty of room for big groups and ski equipment, and the private hot tub was a bonus. We had a few minor issues we had to reach out to management about but they were there within minutes to help. 10/10!!

Overall, wouldn't recommend.

Downsides: There were numerous items that were damaged when we checked in - the pullout couch was broken, hot tub malfunctioning, upstairs fireplace not working, dryer was broken. The management company acted annoyed during phone calls to address these problems and that they had no responsibility for the place being in good working order. For the price of this rental, I expect more. Upside: The location of this unit was good. We could easily walk to the lift, downtown, or take the shuttle at the end of the street. The location was quiet. It was clean enough. Several dishes were pretty gross but that was probably due to the renters who were in the property prior to us. Given our experience, I would not rent this property again.

Only one complaint

Upon arrival there was a crew working on the roof and the banging noise was very loud. I asked them to wait until the next morning since we would be out all day. They agreed but another man came by to complain to us about pulling his crew off the job. I don’t believe renters should be asked to deal with maintenance during their stay.

Great location and property

We real enjoyed this property. It is very spacious and there are nice details throughout . The pictures are accurate to the condition of the property. We especially enjoyed the upgraded bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer, which we didn't see in the description.

Fantastic Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful with fantastic amenities! The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook all weekend!
