Beautiful large home with ocean views and 5 minute walk to beach!

This house will be your "home away from home"! Beautifully decorated with comfortable, thoughtful furnishings and amenities. Great division of space with 3 floors that allow for guests to spread out. This neighborhood has much to offer within walking distance. Town Neck beach is a 5 minute walk at the end of the road. Tree House Brewery is 5 minutes or less on foot and fine restaurants such as Pilot House, Fisherman’s View and Seafood Sam’s are within one mile as well. The house has a private yard for your enjoyment with outdoor furniture, gas grill and fire pit. This location is ideal on Cape Cod as you can easily use this as a launching pad to head 60 miles up towards Boston or 60 miles along the "Old King's Highway" (6A) to Provincetown. You will not be disappointed. Come enjoy your summer breezes here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sandwich, MA. It’s spacious, spotless, and very well equipped — everything you could possibly need for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, and the layout was perfect for spending time together while still giving everyone plenty of space.The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and the Treehouse Brewery, which became one of our favorite spots during the stay. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, and it really felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to enjoy all that Sandwich and Cape Cod have to offer!

Great 2 week stay. Awesome beachy location. Walk to beach. Walk to brewery. Restaurants & seafood markets so close. Best chowder tried seafood Sam’s. Best lobster price fisherman’s view market. Best assortment superior lobster & seafood. House was great. Note bonus, 2nd floor, above garage room is up back stairwell. Has twin bed with trundle, plus pull out sofa bed. No door to block off stairs. Can also get to this room thru huge master walk in closet. 3rd flood had 3 twins, 2 fulls, & full bath shower only. Great for one of our families of 5. We’ll stocked kitchen. Loved the all clad pans. We cooked in most meals. Over the weekend we had 15 peeps, 4 family’s, 3 generations. Loved the backyard, fire pit, corn hole, bunnies. Plenty of room. Lots of beach chairs for use. Paul & Judy were great.

A roomy home with a very well stocked kitchen. The location was ideal with a quick walk to the beach that worked well for our group ranging in age from 3 to 80. The yard was an asset with space for my teenaged grandson to practice his soccer skills, for our 3-year old to run and the whole gang of 10 to enjoy dinner outdoors.

We had a lovely time at this well-appointed house. There was plenty of space for our large group and we easily walked to the local beach most days. We cooked daily in the kitchen which was stocked with all the tools we needed & enjoyed our time hanging out on the back deck & playing yard games. There are good restaurants in walking distance (we enjoyed the Pilot House & Seafood Sam's) & the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away. All in all, we would absolutely rent here again! Thanks for a lovely vacation stay!

Such a wonderful weekend in beautiful home with the most gracious hosts!

Do not have enough great things to say about our stay in Judy and Paul's lovely home! We came for a family reunion in the area, and stayed with our family (me and my husband and our two toddlers, my brother and his toddler, all 3 grandparents and our dog), we had more than enough room and the layout of the home was so perfect, impeccably decorated and clean. Nice big outside yard for kids (big enough for large blow up pool and slip and slide, firepit, grill etc), 5 min walk to lovely beach, as well as so many great outdoor restaurants and tree house brewery. Lovely neighborhood and people. Judy was so kind and offered us two free nights and complete flexibility on check in and check out times so we could maximize the weather and make sure my daughter's third birthday saw the sun so grateful for their kindness, hospitality and generosity - already trying to make arrangements to come back in August! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Cape Cod Vacation

Awesome rental...perfect for our 4 couple group. Hosts Judy and Paul were easy to work with and a delight. Home was as advertised and well stocked...backyard gave us a nice spot at night to go over the days events. Location prvides easy access to beach, shopping, and canal. We took ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Overall a wicked good vacation. Thanks.

Better than our high expectations.

Home has great reviews and pictures. Much better than that! Our initial impression was WOW. Beautiful inside, well maintained, room for our 14. Very responsive hosts. Centrally located mid-cape so you can explore everywhere with an hours drive or so. Walk to a well known sea-side brewery, or to three canal side well-regarded restaurants.

Beautiful home!

The pictures do not do this home justice! It was gorgeous inside, super clean and accommodated all 11 of us easily. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach is rocky, but we found other beaches to enjoy alongside this one. The home had a fully functioning kitchen, tons of household supplies, sheets, extra blankets and pillows. I highly recommend this home for your Cape Cod vacation!

Fantastic family time on the cape!

This house was among our favorite for our three families to vacation together! The house is even better than the pictures show- well appointed- fantastic backyard, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for all adults and four teens alike! The kitchen provided a terrific gathering place to cook and hangout after fun time at the beach and points elsewhere on cape cod. The neighborhood is quaint and the beach within walking distance- bike rentals close by made the small town of sandwich just a bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again!
