Bring your own records for the turntable or blast to the past with some in-house classics. Located steps from Barton Springs and Zilker Park with amazing bike trails and quick access to downtown. Fully stocked kitchen, long mirrors, smart TV, sleeper sofa, propane grill, and highspeed fiber internet with a desk/workspace. Shag rug, velvet curtains, and retro wallpaper all there to enhance your Austin experience! Plug the lights in to light up the patio and good vibes sign! Free parking on-premise (do not worry about parking that says reserved). Up to two vehicles allowed. No parking pass required. Ubers/Lyfts are readily available. Lime/Bird scooters available for rent. Safe and convenient bike paths and trails located just off-premise. Barton Springs Bike Rentals is less than a mile away! I give guests their space but will be available for any questions or needs! Or Misty (cohost) will be! The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming to all guests! Located in one of the safest neighborhoods with easy access to bike trails and the city. Pro tip: Barton Hills Market right next door is very convenient for all types of needs! 1. Driving is very easy since parking is so simple (no passes or money required). Spaces are always available on-premise. 2. Uber/Lyft is quick and easy. Lime/Bird scooters are always around for rent. 3. Walk! Or rent bikes at Barton Springs Bike Rental! ** $30 charge for late check-out every hour past 11 am. ** Absolutely no smoking indoors. Excellent Location

Loved our stay! The bed was comfortable, the TV was big and the whole place is cozy! We walked to Zilker Park and Barton Springs and then hung out on the balcony in the evening looking at the skyline! Met the Nextdoor neighbor too, he’s very nice! Would book again!

Wonderful South Austin retreat

This was a great little condo! It was walkable to Zilker Park and Barton Springs, and also to the stretch of restaurants on Barton Springs road (15 minutes). It was very clean and well-designed, with plenty of pillows on the bed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location + great communication

This spot was in an absolutely *perfect* location: Barton Springs was footsteps away, and downtown was located minutes out. We enjoyed the view of downtown every morning as we drank coffee on the patio. Any issues we had were swiftly heard and dealt with by Cannon and Misty. Would definitely stay here again!

Cool Times on Hot Days

As described, a cool mid-mod vibe and compact place. Comfortable inside, and a shaded, leafy balcony view with extra TV outside. Assigned parking and easy walkability (less than 5 minutes) to Zilker’s historic Barton Springs Municipal Pool, made this a perfect escape on the hottest days of Austin’s summer.

A cozy studio condo turned into a roomy nostalgia trip. Despite the aesthetic nothing felt run down or broken. The location was close enough to get everywhere you needed to go, but far enough away that things felt quiet and safe when it needed to be. Most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. Would and will definitely book this location again! .

Great spot for summer

Great location. Walked to trail of lights and hiked Barton Creek. I was the first one in the shower and quickly ran out of hot water, so maybe not the best winter stay. Left an AirPod in the space, messaged the host, and haven’t heard back for 3 days. But also it’s a few days until Christmas so maybe they’re more responsive in summer.

Just right...

We stayed at this clean unit recently and really enjoyed the convenient location. Close to Zilker park and not too far from downtown. We had all we needed from a kitchen perspective (sans dishwasher) and the second floor view of downtown was a treat. We would stay at this location again in a heartbeat. The only thing missing we thought would be a good idea was a bath mat. The on-site washer and dryer (located down the stairs and for small fee) worked well, too. Thanks to the owners for offering this little gem.

Studio apartment with access to river walk

Basic accommodation with convenient location to Barton Springs and river. Not a fan of foam bed mattress, so didn’t sleep too well. Apartment efficiently organized with Ikea type furniture. The host generally responsive, but never solved the Roku/tv connection. A little more care to maintenance would help out.

This was the perfect spot that I will seek again. I had to spend a big chunk of one day working from "home" and being out on the balcony made it less work more vacay. The market next door has everything. Huge wine section. Made daily grab n go brekky burritos. Found a day backpack perfect for walking. Can walk out the door and find trails to explore all day. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, never heard a peep from any neighbors. Surrounding neighborhood has lots of new custom homes mixed with cute older homes. I felt safe traveling as a solo female. Easy parking. Easy space for Uber to find/pick up.

Perfect Size & Setup

I visited Austin Easter weekend (Fri-Wed) and this place was perfect for me and my 2 adult daughters. It’s quiet but close to the great shopping, walking, dining & fun of Zilker, South Lamar, downtown, SoCo and central Austin. The view at sunrise was awesome on the sunny days. We walked to S. Lamar for meals & coffee. (Patika, Super Thai, Kerbey Lane & Torchy’s were favs). Chuys on Barton Springs was fun too. We liked the vibe of the Deep Eddy and retro decor in the unit. And being on 2nd floor felt safe and quiet. The unit was a good size, needs more bedding options, but the management was quick to provide added linens when asked. Would stay here again on our next trip!!

Nice studio condo in an excellent location

We are regular visitors to Austin and this location was probably the best location so far. Two minute walk to Zilker.Close to just about anything else if you like to walk or just a short car ride.The studio was perfect for our needs. Very clean and the communication with Cannon and Misty was excellent. If there was one minor drawback was that you could hear the people above (little kids running around) or people talking through walls next door. It was not an issue, just an observation.Otherwise, it was a great experience and would consider staying again.

Thanksgiving visit 2024

Stayed 3-nights near Zilker during 2024 Thanksgiving week at the condo and was disappointed. We did not sleep well on the foam mattress. The left side of the bed was is against the wall, so if you get up during the night you need to get out at the foot of the bed or crawl over your spouse. The foam mattress was well worn and very uncomfortable for me as I prefer a firm mattress. Also the stove needed a cleaning which made it awful to bake or warm turkey stuffing or anything for that matter. No inside table with chairs to sit and have breakfast. Not a big fan of the accommodations. On a positive note, it was quiet and convenient to our travel needs.
