This beautiful house overlooking the Sea of Cortez and El Arco Rock Formation, is a fantastic choice for our family or group of friend's getaways. A spacious terrace provides plenty of room to sprawl out, grill, and dine al fresco, while inside, cozy cuisine, seating areas and stainless-steel appliances beckon. Enjoy your morning cup of tea on the chaise lounge area overlooking the panoramic view, and later plop right in to cool off after a day of fishing.

The master bedroom features a King-size bed and adjoining master En-suite bathroom, while a second bedroom includes a Queen-size bed with En- Suite bathroom and Shower. The third rooms include Twin-size beds separate bathroom with shower.

Other house PERKS: 2 PARKING spaces, bathrooms amenities (including hair dryer), Pack & Play and a wagon for your grocery. Plus, the community amenities outdoor spaces: pool, Gym, Club House + NEW PICKLE BALL COURT. There are plenty of outdoor tables with chairs and pool lounge chairs for relaxation or sunbathing.

The surrounding construction projects are still in progress and it workers movements too. This has affected the original pool, closer panoramic and terrain views.

STAY ON THE LOOP with Bisbee’s Tournaments; the weekly Art Walk in San José del Cabo Thursday (Held every Thursday between 5pm and 9pm between November and June); Whale Watching season from November to April.

Family Getaway

Enjoyed spending time with family in Cabo. The rooftop was relaxing and wonderful. It was convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Manager always responded quickly. It was our first time to Cabo - thoroughly enjoyed it!Favorite restaurants were Panache, Roasted and Mama's Royal Cafe.

Awesome stay

The house was amazing. Very roomy and comfortable rooms. Amazing views from porch and roof. The public spaces were roomy and spacious. It fit 5 people well and could even fit more people comfortably. Loved it a lot!

Nice place, great owner

We had to book this last minute after being lied to about amenities in first rental. Owner was great - let us check in that day and even went over and spruced the place up. The rooftop is really nice and has a great view. It is located right by Costco and pretty close to town. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but oddly enough the noice never disturbed us while sleeping or napping. Owner responded to any questions very quickly - even brought us matches to light the oven! Great value

Great place/location

Such a beautiful condo! Close to Cabo and easy Ubers into town. Peaceful area and felt very safe! The property manager was always in contact and very helpful! I will definitely e back and recommend!!! The view is breathtaking and completely makes up for not being at the beach! The gym and pool were added bonuses!
