Enjoy this exclusive beachfront oasis, nestled in the prestigious Costa Azul community of San Jose del Cabo. Just a leisurely 10-minute stroll from the renowned Palmilla Beach and 20 minutes from the airport, this exquisite 3-bedroom condo offers the ultimate blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, with stunning coastal views from the terrace for miles down the Sea of Cortez. It has amazing sunrises and is located just steps from the best surf beach in all of Los Cabos.

We offer high speed internet, Smart TVs in all rooms, independent AC units in each bedroom, an upgraded kitchen, washer and dryer, filtered water. The location is walking distance to several restaurants, a short drive to shopping and grocery stores, and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The community has private 24-hour security and there is a parking space in case you rent a car.

A restaurant is available on the premises, which offers room service. We provide a Meet & Greet when you arrive to answer any questions you might have, as well as personal concierge service included in your visit. There is surf, kayak and paddle board lessons available for an additional charge. Airport pick-up/drop-off service and local excursions are available upon request at an additional cost.

We will be happy to assist you in having the best vacation!

Great location and premise. Nice fit out and everything you need for a seamless stay. Our host was super responsive and caring thankyou. If your a surfer with kids this is the spot for you, catch waves while’s kids watch from the pool epic.

We had a great stay, 10/10!

We had a great stay at Arsen's place. He and Dario were easy to communicate with, the condo was perfect for my family and had everything we needed. We loved going to the pool and beach, and just a short walk down the beach is a restaurant, Pescadito, that was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would definitely stay at Arsen's place again!

Perfect getaway with family

Really accurate photos, amazing location, great amenities from espresso maker to gym and free onsite parking. Arsen and Dario made everything so easy. Zero complaints. Easy walking access to good food, convenient location for home base to do day trips to Todos Santos, San Jose Del Cabo, and even La Paz. Would stay here again in future.

Ideal location right on the beach

There is also a swimming pool and a hot tub. The condo is well supplied.Driving instructions could have been better and I do not remember reading the building name “Soleado” in the description. It would have been nice to have information about re-setting the AC. But we had a great stay.

Incredible beachfront condo!!!

Everything about this place is amazing! Our host, Dario, was outstanding. He was very helpful arranging things for us prior to travel, met us when we arrived, and stopped by to say goodbye when we left. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly!The property itself is beautiful and is better in person than we expected! The bedrooms were very clean, had amazing closet space, and had the most comfortable sheets and mattresses! It felt incredible cozying up in bed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including an espresso machine and blender for our pina coladas! The property had a great on-site gym, the lobby was stunning, and the pool/hot tub and beach cabanas were lovely.The location of this condo was ideal. We rented a car and weren’t far from grocery stores, the airport, and downtown San Jose Del Cabo. We also traveled down to Cabo San Lucas as well which is only about 30 min by car. I highly highly recommend this place and can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful Property - Amazing Views - Awesome Host

We loved our stay! Arsen and Dario were wonderful hosts communicating about the property, check in/check out and questions while there. The condo is beautiful, perfect for our family of four, with a room for each teen, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and patio with the most amazing view. We wandered down the beach or into town each night for dinner, and stocked up at the grocery near by for other meals at the condo. The cabanas on the beach were my favourite, comfy paradise for relaxing and reading with the endless stretch of white sand, blue sea and the sound of the waves. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. Easy parking, great security staff. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Awesome time in Cabo area

We loved the pool, hot tub. Beach views, watching surfers. The lobby was lovely, service at the outside bar was a bonus. Our concierge was super responsive arranging outings for us helping us to navigate the neighborhood.

Perfect spot

The building was beautiful, clean and the view was spectacular. Check in was easy and efficient. The property manager was always available and tentative. The master bedroom bed and sheets were good quality. It was walking distance to a restaurant and a few minutes to down town. We will defiantly be back.
