The property features a queen size bed, fast and free unlimited 40mb WiFi speed and a Roku enabled TV. Functionality and design help to maximize the space. Relax and unwind in the backyard under the hanging string lights and BBQ or stay cook indoors in a completely upgraded kitchen. Pull out couch (Size- almost Full) available in living room.

Clean casita with wonderful outdoor area
This casita looks like the photographs. It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to enjoy a few meals outdoors using the grill and fire pit. The outdoor area is very relaxing and tranquil. The location is convenient to beaches and highways. It was a very enjoyable experience and vacation for us. Thank you.

Home away from Home
This was an amazing home. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathroom was beautiful. I loved the outdoor space as well. If you are looking for a quiet gateway for yourself or with a friend/significant other this is the place! Parking was only an issue the first night due to coming in after midnight. All other nights i had no issue with parking in front of the house or across the street. Will is an amazing host and is very responsive.

amazing house
Everything was perfect.
It had everything I needed and the kitchen facilities and supplies were perfect.
Parking, which I was worried about, was easy to find right next to the house every day.
The area around the house felt very safe.
The host Will try to help with anything.
There was a fit and bbq facility in the small yard, but I didn't use it this time.
I will choose it again next time I come to LA.
