This was my second time staying at Michael’s property, and it was just as excellent as the first! Everything was great, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again!

This has been the best experience ive had with a rental. It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The location was perfect and I loved their restaurant recommendations. The host was responsive and super clear with instructions. We were very happy with our stay.

Michael was very communicative and helpful giving some road work which limited parking. That said, I was pleasantly surprised how easy the parking was considering you are only one block off Melrose. I appreciated the guest access to Netflix so I could indulge in my breaking bad rewatch on nights I was staying in.The room was clean and comfortable and the patio area was so lovely.

Clean and thoughtfully furnished with a lovely private patio space, all in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of lots of food and shops. Near many LA attractions (short/easy Uber rides). Host was always quick to respond to my questions, before and during the stay. A smaller space but great for the two of us! I would be happy to stay here again! :)

It was all wonderful! I had no issues with parking and the location was perfect with wonderful places to eat just a walk away. The courtyard was lovely for relaxing in the mornings. It was all perfect for what I needed for my week in LA. On top of all that, the host is great! I would highly recommend, if I find myself in LA again, this rental is top of my list!

Easy peasy! Michael made everything great! The beautiful little courtyard outside our room was a delight! Fresh lemons on the tree were so pretty. The location was central to the things we wanted to see. No problems with parking.
