Beautiful, light-filled 450sqft private space near Santa Fe's historic Museum Hill, with completely private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen and a large shared exterior courtyard and patio. Modern touches complement Santa Fe style interior and exterior architectural features.

The space is attached to a private home, is peaceful and comfortable, and nestled in a neighborhood with mountain views and nearby trails for walking and hiking. Here you'll be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet Canyon Road, the Santa Fe Plaza and the Railyard Arts District are a short 10-minute drive away.

You'll enjoy free wifi and a 30" TV in the sitting room with complementary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and Disney Plus.

The home is equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, so please enjoy the delicious drinking water from the tap!

The small private kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and a tea kettle for cooking and dining. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and drip-coffee maker. Complementary coffees and teas are also available.

The space is cooled and heated as part of a whole-home central air/heating system. If you'd like more heat or air you'll find portable air-conditioning and heating units, as well as a fan, in your room. You'll have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen all to yourself, however, the large exterior courtyard and patio is a shared space. You may hear the happy play of two children in and around the space.

There is free on-site parking for one vehicle.

Panya was very warm and welcoming. The space was exactly what we needed for our visit. There was a very large, shared patio we would have used had the weather cooperated. The space was immaculate, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for three days in Santa Fe. Praya was very friendly, although we didn't have (or need) any contact after we checked in. The apartment was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen is small but very functional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to SF!

A beautiful, comfortable rental for our three day stay in Santa Fe!Our host, Panya, was amazing! Very attentive and quick to respond to communications.The rental space was clean, beautiful interior, comfortable! The bed/linens were comfortable and soft. Kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything needed to ensure a wonderful experience! Location was perfect, just a few miles from all of the wonderful cultural places and restaurants in Santa Fe! Reserved parking on the property as well!Highly recommend this host and her VRBO rental! Cozy Spot to Enjoy Santa Fe

We spent a week in this lovely apartment, and really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the southwest decorations. We were close to town for easy exploring. Our host was available and responsive. Our only regret is that it was too chilly for us to enjoy the beautiful courtyard area for outdoor seating!

Tranquility, Peace... Nirvana

An exquisite experience of Santa Fe's the earth and sky greets you upon entering the courtyard behind the property's garage where a nice path leads to the unit. The unit was charming, cozy, bright, clean and equipped with everything one could need, including well curated natural products. The binder of information was a god-send and helped me nourish myself with excellent vegan/vegetarian foods and easy places.to walk and take in the Santa Fe vibes. The host was very thoughtful to add information on how to respect the indigenous peoples and places of the area for us photo junkies. It was so serene and peaceful, I could meditate, eat and do yoga outdoors in the units separate patio area while enjoying a full view the enchanting backyard and the mountains rising to the skies above. All natural materials including a signature wooden fence of the region. For a get-away weekend or week, this place has every thing for a wonderful experience. Stay here. Oh yes, the full length mirror is in the closet!
