This property is professionally managed by Blue Anchor Property Management. Check us out online. "Bay Breeze" is the perfect place to call "home" on your next North Topsail beach vacation. Bring your pups; We are pet friendly! This home offers 4 bedrooms (sleeps a total of 10), 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, a large family room with beautiful sound views, and is just steps away from the beach front access located across the street. The community offers a soundside dock that is perfect for kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing! Conveniently located on Island Drive, you will find local shops, restaurants, parks and nearby attractions all within a few minutes away.

This well-maintained duplex is spacious, clean and offers tasteful decor throughout. With both ocean and sound views, you are sure to love relaxing on the 4 decks while taking in all the sounds of surrounding nature and enjoying the occasional, salty "bay breezes." The cook in the family will enjoy crafting up tasty meals in the updated and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast table while catching a sunrise over the ocean. There's really no better way to start your day! Head across the street, take a dip in the ocean, hunt for shark teeth and relax on the beautiful beaches of Topsail.

The ground floor offers a rec room with basketball game, dart board and table for board games. Provided with the house are beach chairs, beach wagon and toys. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom (1) offers a comfortable Queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom and a balcony with sound views. The additional 2 bedrooms are located in the front of the house and offer beautiful ocean views from the front deck. Bedroom (2) includes one Queen sized bed (3) includes one twin sized bunk bed. (Two twins). There is a full bath located in the hallway. The third floor of this home is where you will find the living areas, including a large and beautiful great room, updated kitchen and half bath and stackable washer/dryer. The great room overlooks the sound and offers beautiful sunset views from the deck. It is a wonderful area to gather in as a family and enjoy a movie or game night! On the top floor of this home, you will find an additional bedroom and another full bathroom. This bedroom features a King sized bed, twin bed with twin trundle and ocean views.

The House is very nice, clean and with views.
This is a beautiful home with great views of the ocean and sound. The furniture is clean and comfy. The beach is not crowded and a short walk away. We would stay there again.

Bay Breeze Beach Therapy
Wonderful and much needed Beach escape!!! It was truly amazing watching the sunrise and sunset every day The views from the house were just what we needed! Beach life here is perfect; the vibe, the area and the people!!! We even made friends with the local bands on our nights out in surf city Thank you to the staff at Blue Anchor for making our vacation stress free !!! We appreciate your attentiveness and overall professionalism!!! Definitely an area that will become a family tradition The beach completely outshines OBX and that was always our go to destination for many many years NTB has become the new WOW factor in beach life!! Thank you

Great Place to Stay!
Bay Breeze is nice, modern, and comfortable. The views from the front and back porches are amazing and are hard to beat! We really enjoyed the access to the dock in the back. There were not too many people on the beach, despite being near a small public beach access. The walk to the beach was quick, although you do have to walk along the main road (wish traffic was a tick slower) to get there. We had an ant problem while we were there, but Hunter was very willing to help us with the problem! Overall, this place was great and we would definitely stay again!

Truly unique townhouse. Just diagonally across the street from a beach access. GORGEOUS SUNSETS over the sound that can be viewed from the back decks or the community pier. Kayak or paddle board from the pier. Beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 4 story townhouse. Ground floor has a rec room with basketball arcade game, picnic table and extra fridge.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms , the primary bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and next room is a bunk room.
The third floor boasts a livingroom with vaulted ceiling and fantastic soundside views while the kitchen and dining area offer ocean views. A washer/dryer and powder room round out third floor. The fourth floor offers a space to retreat from the crown, relax in this large room, with King bed, a twin with a twin trundle and a wall mounted tv.

2-3 cars max allowed on the carport or the left side of the gravel driveway, no parking on the street.

This property can sleep up to 10 people and offers 2 Queen sized beds, 1 King and 4 Twins.
