This multi-level home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation and features hardwood flooring throughout, two main suites with walk-out decks, two game rooms, a private outdoor shower, and a rooftop deck! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your family's favorite snacks and meals. Features include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wine fridge/small bar area. Enjoy your meals at the table for eight or dine alfresco at the patio table on the deck. The screened porch with comfortable seating is the perfect spot to read your favorite book or enjoy the beautiful backyard surroundings. With three levels of decks, everyone in your group can find a special spot to claim. Settle into an Adirondack chair with your morning coffee or snuggle in a hanging hammock chair for an afternoon nap. The lower level includes two game rooms where guests can enjoy a game of pool, foosball, Ping-Pong, or air hockey. In the game room, you will also find a variety of board games, puzzles, and a library. When it is time to put your toes in the sand, the public beach access is just across the street. This home is ready for your enjoyment and relaxation. Be ready to create long-lasting memories!

Marine homecoming
We booked a week stay for the homecoming of our son in law. The house was decently clean upon arrival, but not at all stocked on toiletries or cleaning supplies. The sliding doors did not close all the way and we had wind and rain come through them. Mostly all the decking was very loose, rotting and had nails sticking up everywhere. This resulted in one of us having to go to the emergency room and get 5 stitches in our foot. We had several children with us and did not feel safe letting them enjoy the decks for fear of being injured or falling through due to loose boards. There were brand new boards laying in the game room... The house did have a good location in relation to the ocean though!

Lovely dog - friendly beach home
The property was very comfortable with large bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family. Loved the top deck with great views of the beach and sound, the fenced yard for my dogs, the screen porch and decks and patio. The kids enjoyed the game room and there were lots of things to keep them entertained.

Nice house good location but need new cleaning crew
We arrived a little early around 3:15. We couldnt find the front door or the box to use the code we were given to get in. About that time a guy pulled up and apologized that he was late and he would have the "place clean in 25 minutes " we told him to please take his time because it should take longer than 25 minutes to clean a 4 bed 4 bath home. We left and went to get some groceries came back at 4:15 and he wasnt done. Finally I told him I needed to put some things in the fridge. He finished cleaning around 5. The next day my son found a bunch of black mold on the ceiling of the toilet room in the upstairs master. We texted to let the property manager know and they sent someone the next day. I appreciated the quick response but a good cleaning person would have noticed it in the first place. Any issue we had was attended to quickly they even sent a new air hockey table because the one there was broken but the young man that came out to put it together told my husband he had never done it before and it never did work but we didnt want to complain again. Overall house is nice location is great but the game rooms need some TLC and the cleaning company needs to be replaced.

House was in need of upkeep which affected our stay and not resolved to our satisfaction: washing machine was broken with a sign on it before we arrived- I got the run around all week from Vacasa. The ground floor AC also broken. 3rd floor sinks didn’t drain (super gross). Main entrance sliding door was almost impossible to open/close. Fridge smelled terrible (fish). House not well cleaned. Great location. Nice view from ships watch. Could be great.

Beautiful view
The view we had was great. I loved just walking across the road and onto the beach. The only thing I didn't like was all the sliding doors didn't lock properly. We had to use stick to keep the closed.
