Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this modern one-bedroom apartment in St. Louis.
Located on the first floor, this stylish apartment features a King bed and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for both relaxation and productivity.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the bathroom provides a refreshing retreat. (there is no available laundry)
For your convenience, there's a private parking space in the back alley, as well as additional street parking. Enjoy all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

This is a little older place, but it was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. The area is active and pleasant. This is my second or third time using this host. They always communicate well and are ready to help or answer any questions. Highly recommend.

We came in town to see a show at the Fox, this was a great location for getting to food stops, shopping, tattoo parlors and much more. Very comfortable and wonderful host to work with.

Pros: Convenient (but a bit noisy) location, nice building neighbors (also rentals), small/safe building, laundry. VERY well priced and the reason we didn’t complain much during our stay. We were not expecting the Ritz. Cons: A nightmare check in. We arrived very late (with approval) to an uncleaned unit. Another Vrbo was provided later in the evening, but it was very inconvenient. The building is old, which can be fine, except it needs a deep clean & some TLC from the owner. It was not super clean, and I can understand how that happens, if a unit is constantly booked. Housekeeping only has a few hours, which makes it unlikely to clean as thoroughly as might be needed. Back stairs were filthy, a few dead & live cockroaches outside/inside the unit, very old pots, rusty cabinet, etc. We’d asked about the balcony door locking (another review said there was no lock), and were assured that there is one. There isn’t. There was also patio furniture pictured, but there is none. We contacted them about these issues, and were told that it’d be addressed. It was not, and we just let it go. The washing machine was very dirty. The heater made a clanging noise when it turned on/off, so we just left it off at night so it wouldn’t wake us. Customer service was quick/ friendly, but not super reliable, & at some point we stopped reaching out & waited out the remainder of the time. Just got kind of tired of complaining. We had another booking with them that we canceled. 4/10 experience.

The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet being only a few blocks from a busy road. And the apartment building was also quiet. There are grocery stores and other conveniences nearby. The bed and pillows were firmer than I prefer but not uncomfortable. There are air conditioning units in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom and they worked well, although it didn’t get much above 80* outside when I was there. The check in/out process was easy with communication through text. I did have a question about check out that was never answered, though.

Will not come again

The cleaners did not properly clean the house prior to our entry. There were coffee stains on the kitchen floor, black hair all over the bathroom, and dirty towels left in the floor of the bathroom. The listing stated that there was a washer. It is located in the basement and should not be listed as an amenity. The thermostat did not work properly the first night and we woke up to 62° on an already chilly morning. The hot water in the shower did not work well. The interior door to the bedroom that goes out to the porch does not have a lock, only a chain. It did not feel safe. There were neighbors yelling our second night and it was difficult to sleep. The owner was responsive to texts and offered to have the cleaning crew come again. We will not stay here again as this property was not as pristine as the pictures. It definitely needs some upgrades and attention. This is on a one way street and parking could be a challenge if all residents are there.
