Lovely home with lots of room for 4 adults and a dog. Location is in a very safe neighborhood close to the botanical gardens. Bagel and coffee shop around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location

Adorable home, remodeled well and comfortably. Spacious, there were 2adults, would have been very fine with 4adults or a small family. The balcony was delightful. The neighborhood was so walkable, Bagel Station on the corner, Well Met Cafe on the other corner and Tavern on the 3rd corner were delicious and enjoyable to frequent. STL Zoo was huge! Looking forward to our next visit, will rent again.

The stairs were very steep and narrow. I would not have booked had I known this. The description doesn't mention stairs or second floor apartment. The backyard was NOT FENCED or grassy - just overgrown weeds.

Pleasant, spacious up & down duplex - we had up. It was reasonably clean and fresh. Lots of windows and light and several living spaces and a little workspace. Sunroom in the back and a balcony in front. We are three adults and we had plenty of room. Wifi was peachy. Some essentials were missing. For example: o hooks or racks in the bathroom, kitchen or laundry area, so nowhere to hang a dishtowel or hand towel or bathtowel. There are no dressers or bureaus, so nowhere to store clothes except bedroom closets, which do each have a single high shelf and hangers. No luggage rack or occassional chair in the bedrooms. The bedside tables have drawers that accommodated our bedtime necessities. There are no waste baskets in the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry area. The kitchen and dining area are lightfilled and airy but also sparsely furnished. Dishes, cookware and silverware are incomplete sets
it would be a little challenging to cook and serve a full meal. The apartment seemed to have been recently painted so maybe there’s not been time to replace these missing conveniences. We were very comfortable and happy there for our three day stay and this conveniently located flat will be our first choice when we come back (which we will do fairly often). Thank you.
