Wonderful Home in Prescott

Fabulous house, great communication, very responsive

We loved our stay at this fabulous house in Prescott! The house set up was wonderful, lots of great amenities and Nikki was very responsive to our requests. Communication was excellent, check-in very easy and we loved the adorable, walkable neighborhood! We will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was short but wonderful. We wished we could have enjoyed the property more but we were in town for a softball tournament, which kept us busy. The property was lovely. Spacious and all the room we needed. The patio was a nice relaxing place to unwind and we enjoyed watching the deer walk by. Nikki was great to communicate with. We definitely would stay at this property again if in the area. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a bit more supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. (We had to purchase some the first day we got there.) Definitely not a deal breaker but just wanted to let you know Nikki! Thank you!!

We had a great stay. The layout is ideal for families with young kids, with their rooms on one side and the primary on the other. Just a heads-up that the master bed is very low to the ground.The house is in great shape. A squeaky non working bathroom door and a few other doors just needed a little WD-40 and fixing which we took care of. The kitchen is spacious and easy to use, though the pots and pans are a bit small if you’re planning to cook for a group.The deck was our favorite spot. We relaxed, worked, and hung out there most of the time after the kids went to bed.The road out front is surprisingly busy, and there’s no fence, so we kept a close eye on the kids while they played outside.We saw deer and fawns daily, which was magical for the kids. There were also coyotes at night, which was less fun but expected in a wooded area.The neighbors were lovely and thoughtful, and the area felt quiet and friendly overall.

Wonderful Stay

The house is in an excellent location, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. My only suggestion would be to make sure there were more supplies like garbage bags, paper towels. etc. Not a huge deal but it would be more convienent than having to run back to the store.

Perfect getaway in the Pines

The home has been beautifully remodeled and the kitchen is truly the heart it! We spent hours around the massive island enjoying meals & drinks and playing games with friends. Ideal location, a short walk to downtown (. 9 miles to the square) and easy access to trails for hiking, biking, and exploring the woods! I almost forgot to mention the deer that visited every morning. A huge hit with the kiddos! There’s literally something for everyone. Nikki was great to work with. We will 100% be staying here every time we’re in town for soccer tournaments. Thank you Nikki!!!
