If you’re looking for a dusty frat house with wobbly IKEA furniture, dirty pots and pans, ripped towels (of which there are only four or five in the house!), no extra blankets and the thinnest, cheapest sheets I’ve ever seen (not even in my kid’s dorm did they have such garbage bedding)… this is your spot!

Hi thank you for staying with us and for your constructive feedback. The home has extra towels and linen in the 3rd floor linen closet. The house does not have IKEA furniture nor dirty towels or pots. We encourage you to be more communicative with your host in the future.

Welcome to this new modern townhome located in East Downtown Houston.
The home features four floors, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 office spaces (perfect for digital nomads, working professionals, remote workers. Additionally, it's a stylish open-plan space full of light. Undoubtedly spacious rooms with luxury hardwood-like floors throughout, even in the bedrooms. Absolutely, no carpet! Curtain added in master bedroom. With the addition of the 2 futon couches, you can convert to a small bed and there is a king-sized air mattress available in the third-floor closet.


Soft beds and pillows with high quality quilted comforters.
Furthermore, the first floor and third floor respectively feature a guest bedroom and master bedroom with an office, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Importantly, the large open concept living room that's great for entertaining and relaxing. The third floor second guest bedroom features a walk-in closet and lots of light.

The second floor features an open concept kitchen with an island, the dining room, living room, 75-inch TV, balcony, foosball table, and half bathroom.

The third floor features the guest bedroom, master bedroom, and laundry room

The fourth-floor features a bar and private Rooftop patio with lights, seating, gas firepit, and best of all downtown Houston city views!
