A three bed, two bath home, (2 main level bedrooms, 1 basement) our modern farmhouse is cozy and bright, and provides an open concept layout. It boasts a large living room, a well stocked kitchen, an island and dining room. We also provide a large deck and backyard. A newly remodeled basement offers a laundry room and a large family room with a ping pong table. We are family friendly and have toys and books for littles to enjoy.

Situated in a prime location, this modern farmhouse home resides in Rock Island and is centrally located in the Quad Cities. Some near by attractions include:

Great place for multiple couples or family

We stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house fits 6 adults very comfortably. It was nice after being gone all day to be able to relax in the serene backyard. There was enough space inside to watch a movie or play games. Everything inside was new/newer and in great condition. Would definitely recommend if you have any event or reason to be in the Quad Cities area. It was easy to get to all of the different restaurants, breweries and event centers.

Updated property with everything we needed

It looked as is the unit had been recently updated and everything was pristine! Plenty of room for us and a nice deck out back. Although it sits on a busy street, you really could not hear the traffic inside. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others looking for a house to rent.

This property was just as advertised. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our weekend stay to allow our granddaughter to participate in a gymnastics event at Augustana College facilities.

We found the house very clean and inviting. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The only downside to our visit was the busy street in front and the lack of enough chairs to sit 6 at the table.

The Rock of Rock Osland

Our niece was getting married at the Rock Island Museum, and this house was less than two miles away. This is an older house that has been thoughtfully updated. When we walked through the front door, the spacious kitchen and living area were so welcoming that our son immediately sat down and reached for the TV remote. My personal taste is for simple accommodations, but this place just fit, with comfortable rooms. The street can be busy at times, but there was enough room on the driveway to turn our minivan around and back up to the house. If another relative uses a wedding venue anywhere in the local area, we will certainly book again.

Quad City Stay

Great property. House was very clean and updated. Patio and yard were nice for kids. On a busy street. Driveway was shared neighbors business. Not a huge deal but was loud and annoying for being on a vacation. Woke us up early every morning. We would stay here again. The owner was very nice and attentive.

Cute remodeled ranch home in Rock Island, IL

This house was so cute and perfect for our little family while traveling for a bball tournament at nearby schools. Super cute, all freshly remodeled, and very clean!! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and convenient

Nice place, easy access, location perfect for our plans. The kitchen was well equipped, very spacious rooms, plenty of closet and hangers too. Beautiful outdoor spaces and private. We liked everything about our time there. Super soft sheets and nice mattresses. Thoughtfully provided insect repellant for us to use. High recommendation!

Excellent!

We were so impressed from the outset. I stayed here with my mom and two toddler boys and it was absolutely perfect. The house was beautifully finished, immaculately cleaned and so, so comfortable. We had so much space to enjoy (and run around) and my boys loved playing with all the toys. We spent a lot of time outside as the outdoor space is both lovely and functional. Beds were comfy, showers hot, plenty of towels and blankets; everything you need in the kitchen to cook and eat. The furniture is sturdy and comfortable. The ping pong table was an added bonus! We were also able to get out and walk as there is a sidewalk across the street. Check-in and communication were very good. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone (especially families) and would stay here again. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!
