Our home offers river views, 10 ft high ceilings, original hardwood floors, granite countertops, and all the amenities you could want for a short or long term stay.

BEDROOM LAYOUT In the upstairs of the home we have 4 private bedrooms: --1 queen bed (Helix Midnight mattress) with an attached private bathroom and rain shower --1 private king bedroom (Helix Midnight mattress) --1 private queen bedroom (Tuft and Needle mattress) --1 bunk bed with a bottom full sized bed and top bunk twin size bed, and a shared bathroom and with a shower and tub
There are also 2 fold up twin beds (both are weighted for adults) upstairs. There are also two floor mattress twins underneath the 2 of the beds for extra support. One is located underneath the bunk bed and another is located in the king bed.
Downstairs we have 3 different sleeper options: --1 private west elm queen sleeper sofa in the game room next to a half bathroom --1 fold out futon couch front living room --1 pullout queen couch in the living room
POTENTIAL NOISE We are located close to trains that run through downtown Davenport. These trains are currently required to blow their horns through downtown during all times of day and in the night. We have provided white noise machines to help with this. We have not had issues with the noise, but we are mindful people and small children may be sensitive to the train horns. Please keep this in mind and reach out to us with any questions or concerns prior to your booking.
Guests will have access to all main floors of house except the basement and attic. The garage is available for guest use. The garage is very long and can fit two smaller car or one larger car.
There is FREE street parking on the road on either side of the house. Please note we do not own the parking lot on the south side of the house. We occasionally have friends park here and it has never been an issue with the current owner, but if you park here this is at your own risk.

Only a 4 min drive to downtown Davenport!!
Our home is less than a 5 min walk to the Mississippi River Trail that stretches 11.3 miles through downtown Davenport. I love biking and running this trail and so do the other locals! 😊
**Reservations booked before April 15, 2026 include a $300 damage protection hold. This is NOT a charge, but a temporary hold placed on your card two days before checkout to ensure coverage in the unlikely event of damages. The hold is automatically released within 5 days after your checkout date, pending no reported damages. You will be contacted if any damage claims arise.
**For reservations booked on or after April 15, 2026, a flat damage protection fee of $50–$75 will apply. This fee covers incidental damages for stays under 30 days, allowing you to enjoy your visit with peace of mind and no additional out-of-pocket costs for accidental damage. After booking, you’ll receive a unique guest portal link with your damage waiver agreement, including full details for your review and signature. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

Should there be a more urgent need or emergency, please contact us by phone, text, or via your rental app.
PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION QR codes, local recommendations, and additional house instructions are provided in the Guestbook located throughout the home for helpful instruction.
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you`d like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches.
This is a no-smoking property. You will be charged a $500 fee remediation cost if there is evidence of smoking in the property or damage to any furnishings outdoors due to smoking.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The houses in our neighborhood are all private property. Please do not trespass on our neighbors lawns for any reason. If you would like some extra space we are only a short walk to the Mississippi River Trail and River Heritage Park.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods` website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. The downstairs fans have a summer and winter rotation to lift air up or keep heat down. Feel free to adjust this with the remote as needed.
TRASH Trash pickup is every Monday. Recycling pickup is every other Monday. Please bag all trash before placing in the trash bin (recycling does not need bags). Please bring the cans to the road on Bridge Ave for pickup if you have an extended stay.
If you have excess trash please place it next to the garage and notify the host and we will have someone pick it up. Please respect our home as you would your own, thank you!
NO PET POLICY Pets are not allowed at this property. If any pet damage or excess cleaning is observed then we fill charge a fine and you could risk getting permanently removed from your rental app service fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS As you check out, please know these steps are completely optional—it’s your vacation, and we want you to relax and enjoy your time with us! That said, any help is truly appreciated!
--No need to start the laundry! We professionally launder all linens including comforters and blankets. If you could please bring all used towels, sheets, and pillowcases to the laundry room and place on the floor helps our cleaners avoid unnecessary laundry. Please do not remove the bamboo mattress and pillow zipper protectors.
--Please scrap food waste into the trash. If you could load and start the dishwash this helps a ton!
--Please lock up when you leave, and if you head out early, letting us know allows our cleaners to start sooner.

Wonderful Family Reunion Location!
The house was perfect for our extended family reunion in the Quad Cities! There was plenty of space for everyone! The views of the river were beautiful especially when viewed from the hot tub! I hope to come back again in a warmer month so I can enjoy the large outdoor area

The host was very kind and answered any questions that we had. We were unable to use the amenities due to the snowy weather, but we would love to come back and use the fire pit/hot tub another time. Plenty of floor space to relax and sleep comfortably-updated kitchen too.The best thing was the view overlooking the river! They cleared the snow several times that day without bothering us inside

Enjoyable stay. Close to everything. Clean. Beautiful home. Felt safe. Great laundry facility. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Wonderful porches. Two small negatives: Do NOT be afraid of stairs, there are many and weekday traffic on frontage road can be a bit loud. Train noise was not really a problem. Thanks for a wonderful time

Amazing!
We had a group of friends stay here for a bachelorette weekend and this listing does not do the house justice. It’s so spacious, but yet very cozy at the same time! We were blown away by this place. McKenzie is super responsive and was so sweet welcoming our group! 12/10 recommend and we will for sure be coming back!

We had an AMAZING stay in this big beautiful house! Our family had a military funeral at Rock Island just across the river, then gathered to celebrate at the house. There was plenty of space, many bedrooms to fit our extended family, and so many great spaces to enjoy. The host was super responsive and had many personal touches around the house. We appreciated the kitchen items to use and all the bathroom items! What a great, comfortable stay. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fabulous place in the Davenport area.

We came from San Diego to celebrate the life of our Dad who was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. This could not have been a better venue to do that. My whole family was welcomed by McKenzie and she was responsive and helpful from the get go. If you’re coming to Davenport for any reason, this historic and beautiful home would be a great place to stay. Even the people who reside here were in admiration of this beautiful home. Plenty of parking, close to so many things to do and right along the Mississippi River.

Great house!
We were in Davenport for a baseball tournament and had 5 dads and 5 kids. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of space, parking, and a beautiful kitchen that was great for cooking for a large group. The owner was also extremely responsive when we had a question about something with the house. Overall, no complaints and great house.

The house was perfect for our Golf Trip to play TPC Deere Run and Palmer Hills. It had a ton of space for our crew and the modern Kitchen and Living Room was well used. While the outdoor area are not all connected, it has some great outdoor space and tons of parking. My only post stay suggestions is a need to review the cooking utensils, pots and pans etc to ensure one would have everything if making a large group meal. I ask a few questions during the stay and got very quick responses. Overall, a terrific experience

Golf stay
The house was very nice and the owners very easy to work with. Very clean and amenities also nice. Our only issues were some confusion on the site about bathrooms which indicates 3 and there were only 2.5. Nice bathrooms but not what we expected for 8 women. Location was fine except we did not expect the noise associated with the area. Trains with whistles blowing came through all night also with loud traffic so sleeping difficult.
