Pratique pratiquement ski-in / ski-out - ainsi que d'une spacieuse maison de ville joliment rĂ©novĂ©e avec un savoir-faire de qualitĂ© et de nombreux Ă©quipements. Vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  50 mĂštres des pistes et de la salle de rĂ©union de l'Ă©cole de ski. DĂ©posez les enfants pour une leçon, faites quelques descentes, skiez pour un dĂ©jeuner rapide, puis revenez dans l'ascenseur Quicksilver en quelques minutes.

Vous allez adorer cette maison avec un intérieur large, lumineux et aéré, des plafonds voûtés et une décoration de bon goût. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz et de nombreux siÚges confortables pour un film sur la grande télévision à écran LCD, des jeux avec les enfants ou simplement une conversation relaxante. Préparez des collations aprÚs-ski ou un dßner spécial de montagne dans la cuisine gastronomique; il y a une belle table à manger avec des siÚges pour six et de la place pour quatre autres au comptoir.

The property was very spacious and it was nice to have an extra powder room. Rental company was responsive and very nice. Pool and hottub location isn’t within walking on a cold night and you have to pay to park in the lot despite having a parking pass so we didn’t use which was the only disappointment.

Summit Mountain Rentals was great to work with. They proactively texted all details and checked in. We had one very minor issue with a broken humidfier which they replaced within an hour. I would absolutely stay here again! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and two parking spots were what sold us. We did not use the pool/hot tub, so cannot comment on these but did see they were a short walk away.

Christmas ski vacation

Great location for a family Christmas. Easily accessible to chair lifts. Teens walked up to Beaver chair lift and the 10 year old and I skiied down to quicksilver lift. Easy walk into town also for all the beautiful Christmas lights and shopping. The lodge had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. It was a great stay!

Great location!

The location can't be beat! You're literally steps away from the Silver Chair and a block away from the Beaver Run resort. The shuttle is across the street from the property. Management is highly responsive...aside from the three flights of stairs to the fourth floor bedrooms, this is an ideal place to stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Summer Vacation

We enjoy spending time in Breckenridge every summer. The location of the Cedars townhome was an excellent location to walk to town or hike up the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.

Perfect vacation townhouse!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The slope-side mountain view is unbeatable, the stream in front of the unit is awesome to listen to at night under the mountain stars with a glass of wine. The unit was nicely updated (kitchen was great!) very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot!

Great ski weekend!

The description with respect to ski in and out doesn’t do it justice. You can ski within 50’ of the front door. Skiing out just carry your stuff 40’ down the road and go between the buildings and the slope is right there! Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Spring ski trip

We had a wonderful weekend for our family spring ski trip. It was a great ski in ski out location. It was the perfect location to ski for the morning, then stop back in to eat lunch, then head out for more fun. The only down side was our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but we knew that when we booked. Luckily our daughter’s car fit just fine. We would definitely book here again!!

Family Ski Vacation

Great location within walking distance of the Beaver Run Rec Center, ski in from Lower Lehman, and ski out to the Quicksilver lift at the base of peaks 9 and 10. The unit is dated but clean and all the appliances and equipment was working. The full size kitchen is fairly well equipped for keeping up with 3 meals a day. Bedrooms are a great size and the beds were comfortable; though the pillows were shot and we wished we'd brought our own. We're foam pillow owners though so maybe we're not the best judge. Overall, enjoyed the stay and plan to return next season.
