Vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  50 mĂštres des pistes et de la salle de rĂ©union de l'Ă©cole de ski. DĂ©posez les enfants pour une leçon, faites quelques descentes, skiez pour un dĂ©jeuner rapide, puis revenez dans l'ascenseur Quicksilver en quelques minutes.

Vous allez adorer cette maison avec un intérieur large, lumineux et aéré, des plafonds voûtés et une décoration de bon goût. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à gaz et de nombreux siÚges confortables pour un film sur la grande télévision à écran LCD, des jeux avec les enfants ou simplement une conversation relaxante. Walk right outside to the quicksilver lift and ski/ride school. Perfect location. Checkout was way too early (10am) which makes it really tough if you’re wanting to ski the day you leave. We moved our car to a pay lot next door but it was still a pain. Otherwise the place was great and sparkling clean. Loved that there’s a washer/dryer.

The location was excellent for the price. The best ski in/out location for families, right next to Quicksilver lift. When we come back to Breck, will stay in Cedars Townhouses again.

The office of Summit Mountain Rentals (that represents the host) was not helpful AT ALL.They finally acted on the fourth day after I demanded to speak with someone with authority to give me a refund.Here is the list of issues and problems found at this property at our arrival on 02/15/2026 (All of them documented with pictures).Firstly, I was unable to use the front door for ski in/out access because host don’t provide physical KEY’s.Management expect that guests will ONLY USE the GARAGE DOOR with a four-digit code to access the property.Additionally, I encountered the following problems:- The black coffee maker located on the counter was not operational. - The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was not working.- There are several picture frames and decorations on the living room floor.- I noticed a significant hole in the wall on the staircase between the kitchen and the living room.

The property was very spacious and it was nice to have an extra powder room. Rental company was responsive and very nice. Pool and hottub location isn’t within walking on a cold night and you have to pay to park in the lot despite having a parking pass so we didn’t use which was the only disappointment.

Summit Mountain Rentals was great to work with. They proactively texted all details and checked in. We had one very minor issue with a broken humidfier which they replaced within an hour. I would absolutely stay here again! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location and two parking spots were what sold us. We did not use the pool/hot tub, so cannot comment on these but did see they were a short walk away.

Literally out the slope facing door is a few steps to the lift. Additionally, once we parked (btw, big trucks or oversized suv will not fit in the garage) we did not need to use our vehicle again. You can walk everywhere. There is a small parking area you can use if you run in to this situation. The unit itself was so cozy and spacious. The tri-level was so unique, well appointed with blankets and pillows, pots, pans,etc. I will say the heater works really well. Almost too well. We often opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh mountain air. We will definitely look to rent here again.

The house may be more suitable for families with small children, since the second bedroom has bunk beds and is uncomfortable for adults. but overall it is a great property.

Christmas ski vacation

Great location for a family Christmas. Easily accessible to chair lifts. Teens walked up to Beaver chair lift and the 10 year old and I skiied down to quicksilver lift. Easy walk into town also for all the beautiful Christmas lights and shopping. The lodge had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. It was a great stay!

Great location!

The location can't be beat! You're literally steps away from the Silver Chair and a block away from the Beaver Run resort. The shuttle is across the street from the property. Management is highly responsive...aside from the three flights of stairs to the fourth floor bedrooms, this is an ideal place to stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Spring ski trip

We had a wonderful weekend for our family spring ski trip. It was a great ski in ski out location. It was the perfect location to ski for the morning, then stop back in to eat lunch, then head out for more fun. The only down side was our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but we knew that when we booked. Luckily our daughter’s car fit just fine. We would definitely book here again!!
