Enjoy all the amenities of Sea Pines while also having ease of access to back gate and South Forest Beach Drive. This unit has nicely updated bathrooms with space to have a lovely family friendly vacations. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, Master Bedroom & Bath plus the Guest Bedroom and 2nd bath also located on the main floor. On the second floor there is a loft which has two twin beds, ideal for kids looking to have there own space. It is accessed by a spiral staircase. The deck features a landscaped view.
Take advantage of all that Sea Pines has to offer! The beach is only a 5 minute walk, 3 championship golf courses including Harbour Town Golf Links - site of the PGA's RBC Heritage Golf Classic. In addition there bike trails, shops & restaurants plus the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse. Walk, Bike or Drive through Sea Pines and you can explore some of the best sights on Hilton Head. The activities include, Lawton Horse Stables, Sea Pines Forest Preserve with over 600 acres, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina, and The Sea Pines Beach Club just to name a few. Endless bike trails can take you anywhere you desire within Sea Pines. For larger groups - please inquire about Night Heron 55 and 62 (both are 3BR/ Bath) located nearby or any of our other listings in Sea Pines.

Amazing location

The location of the property was amazing! It was a little dirty when we checked in and there was bugs everywhere our entire week plus a day trip. But it was manageable. Will be rebooking when we come back to hhi!!

Favorite location in HH. House was fine.

This house treated us well. The location is great. We've stayed here in this neighborhood many times. The house itself could use some updates. When we checked in, the floors were very dirty. We had to clean them ourselves to avoid having our feet turn black. This has happened to us at other houses on the island, too. I think it's tough to turn a beach house quickly and thoroughly, but still, no one likes to walk on dirty floors when they're checking in.

Great location, but dirty

This location was perfect. It is nextdoor to the pool and quick walk or bike ride to beach entrance. The condo itself was not good. It was dirty and smelled awful when we arrived. There were inches of dirt and hair on the thermometer, mold that came up in the bathtub drain, cockroaches, etc. I knew the condo would be outdated, but would not have expected it to be filthy. Also, the front steps were dangerous. One was broken and very hazardous. It completely came off on our first day there. I emailed the management company multiple times about it and it was repaired on our 3rd day. I also emailed them about the overall condition of the unit. They did provide several alternative locations to move into. This condo needs a lot of work and a better cleaning crew!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at this house 3 times. We love Night Heron houses and have stayed at about 4-5 of them. I would do this house again but here are my thoughts:Pros to this house:• Perfect for our family of 5 (2 kids in the loft, one in the guest room, us in the master)• Not TOO nice, which is something we like for a beach house so we aren't worrying about the kids dinging floors, walls, furniture etc. It's a beach house, it functions as a beach house. It's perfect for that purpose. • Fun walk to the beach. No, it's not right on the beach, but we love the walk to the beach. It's pretty and just part of the experience. Load up a cart and turn on the speaker and make a party out of it. Cons to this house:• The kitchen is poorly equipped. There were two very ****** knives to cut anything with, then all butter knives. There are plenty of coffee mugs, plates and bowls, but the kitchen just lacks on everything else. The coffee pot is a small pot that is junk (which I hate for beach houses, because the coffee pot is how you start your day and it's such a small expense—just give your guests a nice pot). The lack of basics really sucks when you have a family of 5 trying to prep multiple meals per day, though. Bring what you need if you rent this house. • The downstairs storage area (where you'll have bikes, beach carts, etc). is a dirty mess. The stepping stones are almost useless as they've washed down to dirt level and are covered in black dirt and sand. You shower off, then end up tracking dirt up the stairs, in the house, and then it's getting into everything. This house needs a concrete lower level for gear desperately, or they need to redo the stepping stones to actually work. They did add a private outdoor shower, which is nice but by the end of the week I was questioning if I'd really want to rent this house again purely because of this. • The dishwasher barely works an

Nice place that came up a bit short

We love the location and have stayed in Night Heron before but not with this management company or at this particular house. The property was clean inside and was mostly as listed. We love the pool and short walk to the beach. Easy in and out of Sea Pines. The downside, the deck wasn't useable as it's rotting, and very dirty. The railing of the spiral staircase was pulling out of the wall which was concerning with little kids. We had a lot of rain one night and the roof leaked into the living room in several places onto the furniture. We had water running down the master bedroom walls. We spent our vacation mopping up puddles and moving couches! I left a message with the management company when it happened but my call wasn't returned. I finally called them again the next morning and was told "they were aware of the situation". They didn't offer to help us or do anything to compensate us for cleaning up a big mess! I was very disappointed in the lack of concern and professionalism from Seashore Vacations. I asked if they would come take a look and was told they would just wait until we left. There was a strong musty smell upstairs and I now believe it's from the leaking roof. There are lots of other properties in the Night Heron development and I'd recommend renting one of those until the roof and deck are repaired at this one.

Great unit in great development!

Nice Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MY family of five stayed here for my kids' Spring Break. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a loft that has a couple of extra beds. It was pretty close to the beach and very close to the back gate of Sea Pines. Easy in/out of the neighborhood to get to restaurants and shops of Hilton Head. I would stay here again.

They did provide an unsolicited $200 refund, but, would rather have had the dishwasher. Otherwise, a good stay. Enjoyed the bikes.
