Nos trois chambres Ă  coucher / 2. Villa 5-bain est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans Palmetto Dunes-juste une courte promenade de la plage. Il est situĂ© sur le Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, et trĂšs proche de beaucoup d'autres. Hilton Head Island est d'un golfeur «le rĂȘve». Lundi soir GRATUIT Golf clinique. Tennis gratuit Expo lundi soir. GRATUIT 2 HEURES DE TENNIS QUOTIDIEN selon disponibilitĂ©. Vivez un sĂ©jour inoubliable pour toute la famille - tennis, kayak, Ă©quitation, montre Dolphin, etc. Des rabais spĂ©ciaux sur le golf, le tennis et la location de kayaks ou canoĂ«s. Un service gratuit Dune Buggy parcourt Palmetto Dunes et Shelter Cove. Le salon de notre maison a un canapĂ© en coupe, d'un bureau, 50 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, lecteur DVD, et une chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o. Le salon ouvre sur le pont spacieux. Le cafĂ© du matin sur le pont surplombant la lagune est une excellente façon de commencer la journĂ©e. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et comprend une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Tous les lits ont de nouveaux matelas d'Octobre ici 2016. La chambre principale au premier Ă©tage dispose d'un lit king-size et un bain de raccordement. Il ya une tĂ©lĂ©vision 40 "Ă  Ă©cran plat avec lecteur DVD dans la chambre principale. La chambre principale offre un accĂšs Ă  la plate-forme de son porte coulissante. Le maĂźtre de bain a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© avec une grande douche de plain-pied. Le premier Ă©tage a Ă©galement une salle de poudre.


Le deuxiÚme étage a deux grandes chambres - une avec un lit queen-size et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Une salle de bain relie les chambres. Les deux chambres ont 32 "télévision à écran plat et d'un DVD.

Lundi soir non seulement ont une clinique de golf gratuit et l'exposition Ă  4:00 p. m. au cours Jones, mais il est aussi la nuit pour l'exposition de tennis Ă  5:30 p. m Ă  Palmetto Dunes Tennis. Profitez GRATUIT vin, de la biĂšre ou de la limonade et regarder les pros de tennis jouent un match passionnant.

Chaises de plage sont également disponibles pour vous d'apprécier.

Vous pourrez dĂ©jeuner et / ou dĂźner Ă  la Maison Dunes. IntĂ©rieure et une terrasse disponibles. ArrĂȘtez pour un dĂ©licieux repas, une boisson rafraĂźchissante et une vue imprenable sur la meilleure plage de Hilton Head Island. Big Jim est un autre grand restaurant Ă  Palmetto Dunes. A wonderful stay with a very comfortable and inviting open kitchen/seating area. Layout of counter space, dining and sofas made spending time together extra nice. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever rented with loads of flatware and dishes to make mealtime easy, and plenty of pots/pans/storage/cooking utensils and convenient small appliances. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck which had a nice open feel and a well-kept grill. Our three teens shared the upstairs bedrooms/bathroom with plenty of space and no complaints.I personally loved that the villa was filled with many delightful furnishings and decor touches making the space warm and inviting. But, if you have children under 8, it may cause you a little stress worrying about breakables - a quick sweep through to put a few things in cabinets will make it worry-free. Great location for trips to the General Store, beach and court time- we played pickleball round robins every day! Kathy and Tony were very easy to work with and also made our stay extra nice with their quick responses and flexibility.

We had such a lovely Thanksgiving week renting this home! The unit was well appointed with everything you could possibly need, and our kids loved having the upper floor all to themselves. Palmetto Dunes itself is beautiful, this was our 2nd visit and it once again did not disappoint. We can’t wait to go back!

This Villa was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large and had everything necessary to cook a large meal. The back deck was very nice . The rooms were comfortable and we loved the decor.

We had a wonderful time here! This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. Overall the house was tidy and it’s somehow even bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive whenever we had questions. It was nice and quiet, but just a short drive or bike ride from the beach, the pool, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Just like Home

Fully equipped with kitchen dishes, utensils, glasses etc. bedrooms and bathrooms had good linen supply for more than the five of us. Deck was a nice feature. Ample closet space in every room.

Three day Getaway

We had a great time. The downstairs was very nice. We felt that the upstairs was more suited for kids or young adults. However, this was a minor issue. Location was perfect for our needs. We would rent again.

Will rent this place again and again!

Our stay was everything we could ask for, and more. The villa is very clean, roomy, and tastefully decorated, making it a cozy, comfortable place to relax and feel at home. While we did not cook any meals during our stay (just too many great restaurants to visit!), the kitchen was well equipped and ready for use! Working with our host was as quick and easy as could be expected...on a scale of 1-10, our host Kathy gets a 12! Add the 2 hours/day of free pickleball court time...who could ask for anything more? We will certainly be back to Palmetto Dunes, and this will be the first property we will look to rent!

Queens Grant Palmetto Dunes

Nice condo in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. Owner is ver friendly and responsive. Easy check in/out. Beach is about 15-20 minute walk, however there is an on call free shuttle service. I was disappointed by the pools, very simple and the area around them seemed to be neglected, not well maintained.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the unit at Queens Grant! The location to the beach was walkable and my kids loved the close proximity to the General Store. The unit was clean and well equipped (the air fryer was a wonderful addition!) Tony and Kathy were extrememly easy to work with and so kind. Highly reccommend this unit!

Outstanding Stay

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. The condo is perfect for a family, and the Jack and Jill bedrooms/bath upstairs was a huge plus. The updates to the condo make this place a great spot for your vacation. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to HHI.

Great location and nice villa!

My family and I had a wonderful week stay at this nice villa. Check-in was easy and the villa was just like in the photos. Owner gave good instructions for check-in and suggestions during our stay. Great location and villa is close to everything. We rode our bikes several times a day to different places close to the villa. The beach is a 10-13 min walk but there is a free shuttle to the beach if you don't want to walk. We enjoyed the free pickleball hours that were complimentary with this stay. Thank you. King bed was comfortable. No complaints. I would certainly stay here again!

Great Location & Hosts

The house was perfect for two families. We had plenty of space. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. We never walked with our supplies, but to just get to the beach, it was a nice walk. Our hosts were quick to respond to a question and very helpful! :)

Great Getaway

My group and I had a great experience staying here while celebrating graduating from college. It was the perfect place for us to come back to each night and unwind after some much needed relaxing on the beautiful beaches of HHI and Palmetto Dunes. Great host who was very quick to answer questions, and overall a great stay!

Wonderful property in a great location

Beautiful spacious unit that has everything a family needs for a great vacation. The Villa is a 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a five minute bike ride to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Two hours a day of tennis/Pickleball time included is a definite plus! My teenagers also enjoyed the golf course driving range next to the pickleball courts. 10 minute bike ride in the opposite direction will get you to the Shelter Cove with all the restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall - great vacation spot.

Great break from our winter in Buffalo!

We enjoyed our brief stay at your villa this past week. The location within Queens Grant was perfect! Your home is nicely decorated. We appreciated the fact your recently renovated kitchen was fully equipped. The villa was comfortable and clean upon arrival. Kathy was responsive to a few questions I had in advance of the trip. We enjoyed the sun each day and the pickleball courts (along with the free pickleball play)-. We would definitely rent again from Kathy and Tony in the future!

Palmetto Condo

Enjoyed our stay at this condo close to Palmetto Dunes Courts... close enough to walk there as well as the beach. Loved having the two hour option to play tennis or pickleball. Well equipped kitchen and quiet neighborhood.

Hi, I am Kathy Scaldara-thanks for considering our beach villa for your getaway! My family and I have always loved the ocean and the relaxing feeling it brings. We have owned the villa for 27 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It allows our family to enjoy the beautiful coastal living together.

We are always thinking of new things to make the space comfortable and well-equipped. The villa is in the middle of Hilton Head Island. The location makes it easy to enjoy all the amenities which Hilton Head offers.

I loved the location of the villa near the beautiful lagoon. It is so serene sitting on the deck and watching the wild life-turtles, bird, etc. Not only is it relaxing it is convenient to shopping, restaurant and numerous activities. One of the highlights that my children and now my grandchildren love is the General Store.
