Passez la journée à la plage ou détendez-vous au bord des deux piscines sur place. . . de toute façon JUST RELAX! Impressionnant 2 chambres 2. 5 salles de bain Villa à seulement 943 marches (.03 miles) de la plage et (.06 miles) à Coligny Plaza.
Cuisine complète, salle à manger, buanderie, baby-foot, Wii, écran plat 42 "dans le salon, téléviseurs à écran plat remplacés 2018 dans chaque chambre, Wi-Fi gratuit (nouveau routeur et décodeur 2018), téléphone longue distance gratuit .. Vue de la piscine et d'un massif de palmiers au-dessus d'une pelouse verte bien entretenue!
Toutes les piles du détecteur de fumée / monoxyde de carbone ainsi que les piles de la télécommande et les ampoules électriques sont remplacées chaque année en janvier. Suite principale (nouveau matelas king Serta IComfort 2016); Linge de lit, armoire / coffre-fort, grill infrarouge, four grille-pain, imprimante sans fil pour les cartes d'embarquement, nouveau sèche-linge tous ajoutés en 2014. CVC, détecteurs de fumée et détecteurs de monoxyde de carbone, sèche-cheveux, gadgets de cuisine, décoration ajoutée / améliorée 2013. Bien équipé pour la facilité, votre confort et votre détente!

L'entrée est à environ 18 marches au-dessus d'un parking pratique; Une fois à l'intérieur, l'aménagement est un concept de maison de ville avec salon, salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie, canapé-lit et salle d'eau situé au niveau un. Jusqu'à environ 14 marches recouvertes de moquette est le niveau de couchage avec salle de bains principale et rénovée située en-suite aux extrémités opposées du couloir. Pas de pas au dessus de vous et belle vue sur la piscine et les aménagements paysagers d'un côté et vue parking de l'autre.

The stay was good, besides the 2 large dumpsters right the place and construction going on and only having 1 parking place, was supposed to have 2…owner claimed damages and was upset about using to many towels after advertising them in the listing but yet was mad about it, didn’t respond back to text message so we could view said damages for ourselves and waited a week to contact via 3rd party with what I felt an intimidation call of some sort, was a nice gentleman but as I told him, I was never provided any thing to support allegations…recieved another email claiming I was going to be billed for extra cleaning services and a list of stuff even though we done exactly as they said with the linens..all of these communications where done off VRBO…it’s been an experience and this all occurred on the day I’m preparing to have my bladder scan to see if my cancer has returned …not to mention 3rd party calls from blocked numbers…it’s been an experience and has taught me to do a video walk through both upon arrival and departure…but yet this all could have been avoided if we could have returned the very moment we where accused of these allegations, I do admit to using towels but they where provided…then to wait a almost a week to make these actions is not professional…

Perfect for our family

The condo was perfect for our family. It was nice that the kids actually got to have their own room, and they loved the foosball table. It was great having the pool so close too. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed a quiet relaxing vacation. The condo was well equipped and even included chairs for the beach. The beach was one of the nicest and cleanest and we enjoyed our nightly walks.

Ease and will return

This place was amazing. We loved being able to cook breakfast then walk two blocks to the beach. It was relaxing and easy to check in and out.

Close to beach

The place was clean and in a great location. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable and the foosball table wasn’t level so it wasn’t fun to play.

Thank you for your nice review and for letting us know about these issues. The Foos ball table is frequently enjoyed yet it is built in such a way that it is not supposed to be moved. As you know it must be moved within the space provided.. Just this week we have someone reinforcing the legs so that it can better move along the tile floor without destabilizing. Thanks for sharing!

Great Week with the Family

The property was clean, organized, and had all the little things that seem to be missing at most other places. The only complaint would be the loud screen door. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Early summer stay at Courtside

We very much enjoyed our stay at Courtside! The condo was nicely decorated and felt like we were at home. Everything was taken care of and having the extra perk of extra beach stuff to use was a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place for a vacation!

We were very pleased with our stay at this villa. Nice and clean! Gracious and thoughtful host with quick and thorough communication. All information was laid out very clearly, including tech-related things (which we used when we weren't out enjoying the sun). Really appreciated how close the beach was - very easy walk. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous Place to Stay

This property was perfect for our family! It was an easy check in. The condo was very clean. Lots of amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Lots of towels, beach towels to use, cooler bag, plenty of kitchen items to use, and more. Easy walk to the beach. Pool to use. Really was a great place and fun for our family. We would stay again!
