Located in Carmel on a large lot, Oak Place Too offers guests a spacious Three (3) Bedroom Home with a Guest Suite and 3 fully updated bathrooms and a half bath. It has ample parking as well as easy access to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California Highway One, Big Sur, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach and Seventeen Mile Drive.
Guests may enter the property from the large patio located upon entering driveway. You will be thrilled to arrive as you enter the 2100 plus square foot home and enter into the Living Room with it's updated kitchen and bathrooms, new furnishings and new hardwood floors.
Oak Place Too has been updated, the baths, fixtures and furnishings are new, modern, comfortable and bright. That and Three large flat-screen, Smart TV's plus high speed Internet and Wi-Fi, Living Room, and Game room will accommodate visitors comfortably.
The Game Room offers guests a comfortable seating area ,Large Flat Screen T.V., Foosball Table and adjoins the Dining area and fully equipped Chef's Kitchen.Â
Oak Place Too offers guest three generous bedrooms with two with Flat Screen Smart TV's, new beds, luxurious bedding and newly remodeled bathrooms. It also has a bonus Guest Suite with its own bathroom, mini kitchen, and seating area.
An open back yard, complete with LED lighting , patio furniture, firepit and gas gril make you feel like you just want to stay in and enjoy.
The freshly updated kitchen features new appliances and is fully equipped to meet either your family chefs or private chefs needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware, serving ware, dining ware, flat ware...

Monterey County Ordnance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.
In order to maintain proper security for owners, guests and contractors, the exterior of this property or a neighboring home may have electronic surveillance equipment and the property owners may conduct monitoring and surveillance activities.
The deployment of electronic surveillance is limited to locations that do not violate the reasonable expectations
of privacy. Electronic surveillance shall not be implemented in situations where confidential or sensitive
information is likely to be recorded and distinguishable. Electronic surveillance shall not be installed inside
the home; however, doors to the exterior may be covered by electronic surveillance.
Monthly rental rates are discounted to reflect that guests booking reservations of more than 28 days are required to pay Gas, Electric and Water Utilities in addition to the quoted rental rate.
