Bedroom 3
Back yard view. Great for 2 people on the Queen bed with DreamCloud Premier hybrid mattress. Workspace equipped with a desk chair and monitor with HDMI connection.

Entire home is available for use except the utility closet in the back yard.
GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FRIENDS
Guests in town to visit CLT for weddings, games, concerts and more love our home. Location makes most of Charlotte easily accessible and within 20 minutes of Charlotteâs best destinations and activities. Home has everything you need to make this your landing pad for your visit. Fenced in backyard and patio great for outdoor entertainment and spending time with friends. Delivery and Rideshare Apps are very accessible. Maximum occupancy is 7 total guests/visitors.
GREAT FOR FAMILIES
Families enjoy the fenced in back yard, patio and kids channels on the Roku TV. The bunks are great for the little ones, bigger ones and the little ones that think theyâre bigger ones. The washer and dryer are great for longer stays or unexpected accidents and messes. Highways are accessible to get to different areas of Charlotte quickly
GREAT FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL (including Travel Nurses)
Close by to Uptown Charlotte puts you in a great spot to get to the office, meeting or site. Work from home with close by coffee and foodie hotspots and space to get stuff done. Relax just outside the hustle and bustle of uptown on the patio or with a movie or game on the couch.
GREAT FOR TRAVELING WITH A DOG
Pet Friendly up to two dogs. We find it hard to leave ours behind and you shouldnât have to. Fenced in back yard is great for letting them out and back door light helps you keep an eye on them. Our pups like sitting on the back steps or gravel patio and gazing at the creekbed and trees. $150 pet fee per stay.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is located in a historic Charlotte neighborhood just outside of uptown and accessible to the entire Charlotte Metro area. The home conveniently sits a couple minutes from Interstate 77, 85, Brookshire Freeway and the 277 loop- the main corridors around the bustling city of CLT!
Charlotte is the 3rd fastest growing city in America, but our home is on a quiet residential street where most of the neighbors have lived since the 60âs when their parents and grandparents first started families here.
In an effort to keep a good relationship with our neighbors we strictly enforce our house rules.
Please keep in mind that this is an ever-evolving and changing city - please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors during your visit!
HOUSE RULES
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in additional charges during your stay and potential immediate cancellation of your reservation by the booking channel. Many of these rules are a result of previous guest negligence.
* No smoking inside the home.
* No parties or events.
* No unregistered overnight guests or pets allowed
* The maximum property capacity at all times is 7 registered people and 2 registered dogs. Any guests/visitors exceeding 7 people warrant additional charges.
* Unregistered dogs incur a $350 Penalty.
* Quiet time after 11 p.m. (Music, talking or other disturbances). We have a great relationship with our neighbors and they are good people. Please help us keep it that way!
* Do not leave fire pit unattended when hot. Use Metal Lid to cover hot coals if not completely extinguished.
* Dispose of garbage and trash in the appropriate receptacles.
* Trash pickup is every Friday morning and recycle every other week (Check recycle week here https://bit.ly/trashdayclt). If your stay includes a Friday morning, please take trash and recycle bins to the curb before Friday morning trash/recycle pick up.
* Any complaints made to us or the booking channel give us, as hosts, the right to enter the home to make the necessary corrections to bring the home back to acceptable condition.
* Please remove shoes inside the home and keep them off furniture.
* No eating in bedrooms. Please eat in the common area.
* Do not take any of the indoor furniture or linens outside. We have plenty of outdoor furniture for your use.
* Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors, WiFi routers, security devices or other property equipment.
* Do not use white towels as rags or to remove makeup.
* Please pick up and dispose of any pet waste in the yard.
* Do not allow pets on furniture.
* Close and lock all windows and doors when leaving the home.
* Load and start dishwasher and throw out the garbage before checkout.
* Start wash cycle with all towels in washing machine before checkout.
* Unless otherwise approved, checkout time is 11am. Failure to checkout on time will result in an additional charge of $75 for the first 30 minutes. Failure to vacate the property 2 hours after departure time will result in a charge equivalent to the daily base rate (without discounts) for the day of scheduled checkout.
* Report any damages and/or accidents in a reasonably timely manner.
* Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to the booking channel.
