Newly Remodeled Kitchen, Baths and Backyard. Two Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. An Office space that can be used as a bedroom with 2 Twin Beds. Many Amenities in the backyard alone. My Very Favorite! HEATED Salt Water Pool and Jacuzzi with a Beautiful Deck. Patio fully furnished, Lounge Chairs, Fire Pit, Hammack, Bathroom and Outside Shower. There are Four Smart T.V.'s, a One Car Garage and a PORCHE available to rent as well! (Proof of DL, insurance and $25 per day). Close to Local Restaurants and shopping. Centrally located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Shop El Paseo Palm Desert by day and cruise a convertible Porcha by night, down Palm Canyon - Palm Springs. When you are taking it easy, Big Beautiful Pool in your own back yard. Very Relaxing and Private.
