Située dans le trÚs recherché Racquet Club Estates, cette maison moderne du milieu du siÚcle a été construite par Alexander Construction Co.

L'arriÚre-cour est une oasis privée et comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous asseoir, vous détendre et profiter du désert! Il dispose d'un barbecue à gaz intégré, d'un bar extérieur de 6 places, d'un hamac surdimensionné se balançant entre 2 grands palmiers, d'un foyer extérieur, d'un jeu d'échecs en plein air et d'une cour spacieuse et paysagée qui comprend une grande zone gazonnée. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais le quitter!

La maison a Ă©tĂ© magnifiquement rĂ©novĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec de nouveaux sols partout, de grandes fenĂȘtres et portes et de beaux meubles contemporains. TrĂšs ouvert et aĂ©rĂ©. La cuisine moderne et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'un dosseret en carreaux de verre. Il donne sur le salon avec vue Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur la piscine d'eau salĂ©e, la belle cour et les montagnes de San Jacinto en arriĂšre-plan. Le salon est lumineux et aĂ©rĂ©. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec cĂąble, Netflix, Hulu et un lecteur Roku. La chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain avec accĂšs direct Ă  la grande cour arriĂšre. La 2Ăšme chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et la 3Ăšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. La maison dispose de WiFi avec haut-parleurs intĂ©rieurs.

La grande piscine d'eau salée a été améliorée et comprend des flotteurs et des jouets. La piscine est entourée de nombreuses chaises longues avec des serviettes de plage, des parasols et un spa creusé, ce qui en fait votre propre expérience de villégiature privée.

La maison est adaptée aux enfants et aux chiens et est entiÚrement fermée, créant un sanctuaire privé sécurisé. Profitez d'une balade à vélo sur l'un des 6 vélos de croisiÚre vers le centre-ville de Palm Springs ou les parcs à proximité.

A quick Thanksgiving trip to Palm Springs let us to discover this fabulous house! The house is wonderfully decorated in sleek mid-century modern decor. The beds were comfy and plenty of linens for our family of 5 (three teenage boys!) The putting green and shaded hammock were favorites for the boys and relaxing with a cocktail in the spa was a fav for mom and dad. The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The directions for the home were clear and when we had questions about the spa, the host was quick to respond. This home is a little gem if you are looking for a comfortable, well stocked place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was stocked perfectly with anything we could have needed. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left the house very little. There was road noise and airport noise but it didn’t bother us very much. Beautiful, fun property!!

Fantastic Rental Experience!

I enjoyed a girls' weekend with my teenage daughter and her best friend, and had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience at this property. It was clean, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, and absolutely everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen, games, fluffy towels, and more. And Ryan was a super communicative host, to top it all off! We will be staying here again.

Palm Springs best!!

Loved our place. So clean and set up so user friendly. Chess outside putting green salt water pool out door fire and outdoor bbq would stay there again. Only slight thing which is fine once I knew. Corner of busier street so traffic noise during day is there but goes away at night so who cares,

Great experience — Cute property with nice pool.

Property was great and more than enough space for 4 adults. We stayed 5 nights for Coachella weekend & had a comfortable experience. Located close to food, coffee, & not a bad drive to the festival. The pool was relaxing. We loved and utilized the yard (hammocks, chairs, etc.)Check-in process was easy with instructions provided in advance. Would stay again!

Another Fantastic Trip to Palm Springs!

Our family goes to Palm Springs annually. When the home we had been staying at each year cancelled on us, we found this one and were more than satisfied. Ryan worked it out where we could check in early, the MCM home is beautiful with classic furniture pieces and all the basics you need for a week's stay. Our family of six enjoyed the pool each day (we paid extra to heat it), the backyard chess, breakfast and snacks via groceries from nearby Albertson's Grocery Store, and the rest was spent on the town. It is on a busy corner, but we didn't find the noise to be an issue at all. We use sound machine apps, so no problem. And it was incredibly convenient for getting anywhere we needed to go. Thank you, Ryan, for a fabulous stay!

We had a great few days. As noted in other reviews, there is road noise but that didn't bother us at all and we expected it. Paying to have the pool heated was definitely worth it!

New Year's Retreat

Another great time at this property. Lots of activities for family fun such as the pool, but tub, corn hole, ... Great location - 45 minute walk to downtown or a 16 Uber.Easy check in and exit. Highly recommend this stay.

The house is so relaxing. The pool and spa are Greta and the house is so cute. We had a great time. The check in process was smooth and they provided fantastic detailed instructions for the house. 10 out of 10.

Amazing Stay in Palm Springs

This property is just as pictured - which means it is even better in person. We enjoyed everything about the house. The pool was fantastic and we had many hummingbird sightings (though no roadrunners). Ryan was available to answer questions and very quick to respond. We’ll be back, and hope to stay here again!

The house was beautiful. But it had a major ant problem. Ants all over the counter top when we first arrived . Sprayed them down but kept coming back . Was frustrating having ants and to spray raid especially since we had babies . Also, the pool was an issue . It wasn’t heated as advertised which made members in my group not enjoy it . The saltwater levels were blinking low. Jacuzzi wasn’t warm at all . Overall, wish we could’ve enjoyed the pool more since it was the main reason we booked the pool .

24/7 Traffic and Noise- Felt like we were staying next to a freeway

First, let me start off by saying that I really wish I could give this house a better review because it is a lovely house close to downtown Palm Springs with a great backyard/pool. Unfortunately, it resides on a busy intersection and the traffic is 24/7. Palm Springs is not a busy community, but it felt like we were staying next to a freeway with LOUD car traffic (i.e., cars, semi-trucks, sirens). We noticed the noise from the road when we first arrived during the day, but we figured the traffic would die down at night. It did not. The traffic noise is all day and ALL NIGHT and no one in our group could sleep, despite a trip to the store to buy ear plugs. We scheduled this trip to get away and relax and instead we spent our pool time shouting over the noise from the road to have a basic conversation and our nights unable to get a wink of sleep.

Beautiful property, noisy street

The house and accommodations are lovely. The property manager was nice and helpful. Totally thumbs up on both. We visited during a colder time of year so the fact the pool is mostly shaded made it less appealing to use than maybe during a warmer time of year. The corner the property is located on is busy enough that road noise was a constant until late. It was commented upon by all members of our party and was more of a negative to some than others. A nice property overall

A great house in a fun area

We had a really nice in the Coachella Valley this year. Our family of five found this house to be roomy and well equipped. The pool (heated) and hot tub were wonderful. The outdoor cooking area was really convenient. We grilled up some steaks we bought from the Farmer's Market on Saturday. Great food to be found, worth checking out. One thing to note: this house is on a really busy and loud street. It's also somewhat close to a flight path. It's not quiet. It wasn't great having early morning traffic or late night street racing when trying to sleep. That said, the Host is really easy to work with, communicative. It's a nice spot.

Quick Escape

This is a cozy retro get away. Close to downtown, take the old school beach cruisers, and hit John’s for breakfast. Place is super clean with fun backyard. Enjoy!

I grew up and still reside in Redondo Beach. I have been visiting Palm Springs with my family since i was a kid. I was recently married to my wife Tanya at Spencer's ( Oct. 2014) in Palm Springs

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I started to fall in love with the history of The Alexander built homes some years ago. This property and all the others in Racquet Club Estates feature Πacre lots with modest sized homes of 1225 sq. feet which make the grounds feel quite large. The neighborhood is also very near downtown.
