This is a beautiful condo with all of the amenities needed for a two week stay. Karla was very helpful answering our questions very quickly. The condo was clean and user friendly.

The apt is very comfortable and beautiful..they have a camera in the porch which i believe is an invasion of privacy They charge you crazy charges after the amount of staying and the deposit for insurance i never got back! The owner is strict aboit arrival / leaving time but does compromise...we had no light due to hurricane erin

Very clean and safe environment/beds and furniture very comfortable. Close to Braves and restaurants - most importantly hot water for shower. Everything you need and more! Will stay again in May of 2025.

Lovely Property and Location but Beware

Cons:1. We could not enter the property and the owner didn’t reach out until 3 hrs later. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to enter. 2. After having a nice stay, we were shocked to be accused of disconnecting a camera that we had no knowledge nor the location of the plugs described. The owner attempted to collected and additional 100 which VRBO waived. 3. Communication was at times slow and sometime defensive.Pros: 1. Beautifully decorated. 2. Well stocked 3. Great location

Great location and upgraded condo

The location was perfect. There is plenty to do nearby. The condo is well furnished. However, I believe we were the first to rent for two months. We purchased cleaning supplies and called the owner who immediately supplied us with a vacuum cleaner. There was only one closet available for us. The biggest issue was there was major remodeling going on in the apartments in the building unit. The work started at 7:30am Monday through Friday. We did not appreciate being awoken so early while on vacation. The remodeling required removing tiles and was very noisy. The owner needs to negotiate with the tenants association so this type of work doesn’t occur while tenants are present or advise tenants so they can decide whether to rent.

Mixed feelings

The property is very well located and clean with all the amenities plus then some that one might need.If you plan to party at your rental during your stay; don't make plans. Party out in town as parties are not allowed.The couch in the living room is not suited for Senior Citizens as it lays about 8 inches oof the floor. Too low and inconvenient. The main bedroom air conditioner is extremely loud as well as the bathroom exhaust vent. There is no A/C in the living room which means you must leave the bedroom doors open with their A/C on to have a comfortable temperature at the living room.The apartment is very well equipped with added beach goods for your convenience.We had to leave the apartment at 8:30AM on checkout day because there was a power outage and they have no alternate generator. I wonder what would have happened if there was a major power outage.

BEWARE of this host!

I've never had a less enjoyable experience through vrbo. The host stalked me after our stay, saying we left the place a mess and sharing photos of a greasy oven, which we didn't even use. The listing promised essentials that weren't there (shampoo, conditioner, beach towels), and we had to spend time on our vacation arranging for a plumber due to a malfunctioning sink and shower. The host said "just use the bath towels for the beach" when I notified her of the missing beach towels, which meant we had to constantly do laundry and then she was upset that the bath towels had bean used at the beach! She tried to scam us for $1,000 for a tiny panel of the front door that fell off when we closed the door, clearly shoddily made. I had to block her number, as even VRBO told me she was being unreasonable in her requests. The bakery in walking distance was lovely, but other than that the condo and location left little to make us want to return - there are plenty of other places on vrbo, I suggest you chose one of those.

This guest was by far the worst guest we had in two years! Dirty as can be! Left grease burnt and stuck on the oven, damaged all of our towels, damaged our entrance wooden door and the said this was all regular. Did not follow check out instructions left garbage and a mess in the apartment. By far the worst!!!! The malfunction of the shower was the hair that was stuck on the drain! We had shampoo and conditioner in the drawers, we left towels for them to use and they damaged them all! We take pictures of how the apartment is left before the guest arrive and thrive on our cleaning, so that she did not use it was a lie. We submitted pictures of all the mess, one thing is to use towels to dry yourself at the beach the other is to stain them all. The worst guest ever! Do not rent to her or her family!
