Our Coastal Cottage is only minutes from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island as well as only minutes to downtown Bradenton, where you’ll find some amazing restaurants, breweries, bars, shops, and the marina. After spending the day on the beach, come home to a tropical paradise where you can hang out in the pool, under the shade of a dozen palm trees or light up the grill and fix up your favorite BBQ!

The kitchen and dining room are connected to a beautiful living room with plenty of seating. On the other side of the dining room is the Florida room. This room has a 55inch tv and a sectional couch, perfect for a family movie night.

BEDROOMS

After a day at the beach, retreat to the King bedroom where you overlook the pool and tropical setting.

The King and Queen bedroom have plush pillow top mattresses, with hotel luxury sheets, pillows, and a soft blanket. The twin beds are 8 inch mattresses with hotel luxury sheets, pillows, and a soft blanket. The Queen and Twin beds have soft breathable quilts, while the King Bed has a cozy comforter.

Clean and comfortable
Our family had a blast at this house. It is just as the pictures show and description says. We’ve been to Bradenton three times and this house was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The pool was great and the owners provided towels and pool floats. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break
Close to beaches, really accessible to the intire area. Anna Maria Island, Sarasota. Easy access to IMG Academy. Quiet neighborhood, lots of space and great pool to cool down in. The back deck and pool allows for sunbathing all day if not hitting the beach.

Charming bungalow
This cozy house was exactly as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined. The Manatee River is a few short blocks’ walk. Beach towels, coolers, umbrellas etc were all provided. The wonderful fenced backyard was very private and included numerous options for seating and relaxing near the pool or away from it. The hosts were EXTREMELY responsive when we had questions or minor issues. They took care of any problems immediately. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Robinson Preserve, where we kayaked and biked, and Coquina Beach, a lovely public park with clear water and great swimming. Unfortunately the large number of spring break tourists created a lot of traffic. The 12-mile drive to the beach took 1.5 hours on 3/15. The house is older, which gives it charms and quirks. The two bathrooms (one quite small) are near two of the bedrooms but across the house from the third bedroom. It wasn’t a problem for us but others may feel differently. The deck on the back has several step downs. Even though we read about that in other reviews we each of us fell at least once when getting acclimated to the property. It looks like small lights are on the steps but that doesn’t help during the day when the dark brown of one level blends with the dark brown of the next. We lined up some white seashells to remind us of the steps but a more permanent solution like orange duct tape on the edge would add a measure of safety if not elegance.

Wonderful
We fully enjoyed our first extended stay in Florida and this place is one of the main reasons why. Super comfortable and relaxing, and close to wherever we wanted to go. The hosts were great and helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This property is nestles in between the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island, and the downtown Bradenton area. If you're looking for a quiet place that is close to everything, this is the place.
