Hi Jane, in your email to me you mentioned that the Traeger grill worked and you all used in to BBQ. Yes, the Blackstone top is old and rusted but we don't advertise for guest to use that. We said we would return the $150 boat lift fee if you all decided to no use the dock but we made a trip out there and ran extension cords to get power back down to dock. You all did not have to pay for extension cords? We bought extension cords. I believe the confusion is that I didn't refund you all the lift fee because you all used the lift for the entirety of the stay. When we asked you all whether you wanted to use the lift still on day one, you all said yes, so we bought extension cords and came out to hook it all up. Had you all said no, we would have refunded the $150 and not bought extension cords to hook up the lift. All in all, I apologize you all weren't pleased with your stay. The retaining wall collapsing has caused some issues the past few weeks. We have closed our listing off to new bookings until we get the retaining wall fixed. Thanks for staying with us.
