Spacious home+20 acres on private lake w/ beach

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 6 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for the entire family to enjoy! 20 acres, including walking trails, a private beach. The beach area will be treated in early summer!
Enjoy two bonfire pits on the property. One is back by the beach, and the other is in the campground area. A large kids play area with sand and a refinished swing set.
You are able to launch smaller boats on Lake 28. Lots of largemouth bass, pan fish, and some pike for fishing. Lake is a swim at your own risk.
The back porch includes a gas grill and a patio set.

Indoors, you can enjoy 2 large living spaces. Main level has a 60-inch smart tv. Upstairs has a 55-inch tv with a firestick and toy chest for the kiddos. The kitchen is stocked with essential supplies. (Plates,bowls,cups,silverware, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher.etc.)
Beach towels and showering towels are available. Washer and Dryer on site.
Fiber internet throughout the house. An office space is available.

For additional cost, this property has 5 electrical hookups and a well for water hookups for campers. Contact host if interested. A large field is also available to park ATV trailers or additional vehicles during your stay.

The quiet small-town area has plenty to offer. The Corner Cup coffee shop is .5 miles away. Fates Grocery is a short drive for all your grocery needs, and Mackersies Meat Market is also nearby.
Wineries in the area include The Winery at Young Farms and Gwin Girls Winery within 10 miles.
Golf Courses nearby include The Pines, The Royal, St.Ives, Tullymore, The Highlands, The PohlCat, and The Riverwood.
The Soaring Eagle Casino is 30 minutes away.
For the kids to do The Jump Station, Mt.Pleasant Discovery Museum, Kids Quest at Soaring Eagle.
Deerfield Nature Park and Bundy Hill Preserve are close by for outdoor trails and hiking.
The Pere Marquette Rail Trail is 10 miles north.

OMGosh! WE AS IN 8 ADULTS AN 9 KIDS ALL AGES HAD A BLAST PLENTY ROOM IN HOUSE, KIDS NOT UNDER FOOT ALL THE TIME NICE DECK OFF HOUSE AND THE LAKE,THE BEST LOTS OF FISH LITTLES CAUGHT FISH TILL THEY WERE TIRED OF IT ..PLENTY OF TV'S .WE TOOK OUR GOLFCARTS WHICH WE WERE GLAD THE LAKE IS A COUPLE MIN WALK ,GARAGE WAS EMPTY HAD PLENTY OF SPACE TO PUT, THEM AWAY AT NITE.ALL THE BUNCH FAMILY'S AN HAMRICK FAMILY;S THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL FAMILY FLING !!!! NOW EVERYONE BACK TO SCHOOL !!!! THE BEST

WOW. WOW. WOW!
My family loved staying at this home for our summer vacation together! Every hour, someone had something positive to say about the place. For starters, the pictures do not do it justice; it is gorgeous, clean and huge! We were a group of 7 adults, 5 children, and 1 infant and we had plenty of room to sprawl out and explore. The master bedroom had an attached full bathroom and two walk-in closets. This was ideal for us because we put the pack'n'play (which they provided) in one closet and used the other for our clothes. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and clean, each with plenty of extra blankets and a TV. The upstairs also had a large carpeted living space with comfy couches and a chest of toys (which my toddler and baby loved!) There is one full bath upstairs with a bathtub. The main floor (with the master) has a beautiful and large open plan kitchen/dining space/TV room. The patio has a table/chairs, a swing, and a grill which worked great- all looking out on a peaceful pond and peeking out at the playground out back. That brings me to the best part: outside! The home has a private playground with 4 swings (one baby swing and one netted swing), a slide, and monkey bars. My toddler couldn't get enough! Walk a little further and there is a bonfire to your left. A little further and you have your own private sandy beach and another bonfire! There is also a dock for fishing and 4 kayaks- also a shed with lifejackets/floaties. Bonus round: a huge basement with gym gear. WOW.

Family gathering
The house was very nice and met our family's needs for the most part. We recommended to the owners that they need to provide more dishes and stock up on other items. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is also very lovely.
